I stayed this hotel with my family(2 adults, 3 kids). I booked 1 bad room Kids Suite. The room had lots of goods which many children like and had one king bed and one bunk bed for children. Location was good, it was easy to go to Vana Nava Water Jungle. My kids enjoyed this pool!!! I also enjoyed. Breakfast was also good. We could enjoy various food. My children said this was best place which we visited in Thailand.

Bathtub was not so big to take with kids. And I felt dinner was slightly expensive. There were not other restaurants near the hotel.

Its excellent for families, kids super enjoying the water park, and kids playing area, breakfast is v.good, room is very clean, comfortable, and smell very nice. Staff very polite, friendly and helpful specially restaurant staff. I recommend it 100%

Vana Nava entry across the road is fantastic. Lots of fun and easy return to rest and clean up. Thought that it would be hard to get outside food but Grabfood made it a breeze. Loved the quiet train station behind that we could cross to get to the main street and night markets. Views from skyroof are something special. Infinity pool was fun with a view. Kid's playroom was well-equipped that kids didn't want to leave.

Having to nitpick here - Infinity pool was quite cold. Lifts took a long time during peak periods (check-in and -out, mealtimes) so give it 5-10 minutes extra wait time, esp when picking up food or meeting people downstairs.

Everything was excellent and friendly and from the doorman who opened our car door to the receptionist and gardeners, we were made to feel welcome and valued. Everything was clean and pristine and the facilities really reflected a family friendly atmosphere. For once, teens were not forgotten about! I wish more hotels catered for teenagers. The Waterpark access is what made this excellent value for money for one night and being able to use the park before check in and after check out made it worthwhile.

There was nothing about the hotel I didn't like, however, there seems to be some disconnect between booking.com and room type when it comes to twin beds. Twice I have stayed here and I have booked twin beds on B.com and this has not been forwarded to the hotel. However, both times, the hotel has accommodated our needs with kindness and support.

The staff were very friendly and helpful especially Feen on reception. The hotel was very modern and clean and the wrist bands allocated were superb as they could be used for access to the rooms in addition to access to the water park and also for buying food and drink in the water park. The water park that is attached to the hotel was excellent and very well managed and staffed with lots of life guards and there were a lot of sunbeds which were free and readily available

The hotel room could have been slightly bigger to facilitate the fifth member of our group

We stayed for two nights as a family of four, and it was a great experience. Our kids absolutely loved the bunk beds in our room, and the kids’ club kept them entertained. The highlight, without a doubt, was the water park—they went every single day, even on checkout day! Being able to access the water park on check-in day made it feel like a full three-day experience, which was a big plus. The breakfast buffet was nice enough, with a good variety of options to start the day. Overall, our kids are already asking to come back, so we’ll likely visit again!

Comfortable, clean, staff were always helpful and friendly. The roof pool was calm and having the little kids pool around the corner kept them away from the deep pool. The club sandwich was huge and good value for money

The lifts took FOREVER on the Friday to get up and down in the hotel, people were waiting for over 20 minutes to get off their floors and lifts were over crowded and stressful.

Wow feeling in the infinity pool and on the rooftop. We enjoyed the waterpark next door on all days when we were there. Only downside was that after 8pm kids are no longer allowed in the rooftop bar and everything else for them (games room, water park, kids club) was also closed so we went to the room early although still had energy to do something. Great service in the hotel and I found it a fair price for what you get

Good with access to the waterpark. Very lovely breakfast with lots of different kinds of food, especially for the kids (ice creame for breakfast, must be every childrens Dream). Good and Big rooms.

- The hotel should have some Beach Towers (not White ones), wich you should borrow without deposit (it is very time Consulting to wait in Line in the lobby every time you need to borrow and return the Towers). - The elevators where very bad, with lots of waiting time especially in mornings - when check out and in the evening when waterpark closes and People is going into town. - there could be some kind of aircondition in the hallways and especially in the elevators (mistet crowded). - the pool was very cold

Kids were excited with the family room - bunk bed, tent, lots of pillows, sea view and view on train station with passing by night trains. Breakfast is more than you can expect - this eastern style breakfast where it considered to fulfill you until late dinner. You can find all you want on the infinite serving tables. Aquapark pass is provided for two days - on the day of arrival and on the day of leaving. Honestly we stayed at this hotel 1 night at the beginning of our trip and at the end - total spend 3 half days in wanna nava park which is in fact cheaper than you will buying pass to park itself, and you are staying in the fashionable room with great breakfast. If you walk to main road and cross it (10 mins) you can find evening market (4-7 p.m.) best for the fruits, vegetables, street food and cheapest in town as well. Almost same place is 7-11 shop.

Rather than hotel expensive restaurant and corner street Japanese cafe, there are no food places in walking distance available. Going anywhere, including seaside, you have to take taxi or travel by car/motobike. My kids were fulfilled with wana nava park in 4 hours first visit, in 3 hours second visit and in 2 hours our last visit. So my experience is to consider this place for 1 night only with 2 days full access of water park and then move further to beachfront places. Wana Nava opens at 11 a.m. and closes at 5 p.m. - it would be more convenient to visit park from early morning and later in afternoon, not to catch the most active sun. It is easily observed that around 12 to 2 p.m. visitors hiding in cafes or under beach umbrellas leaving only couple hours for exploring the park.
