The hotel is in stunning surroundings and it’s beautiful. The rooms are nicely designed and very comfortable and it’s just a great hotel set in the jungle in a lush tropical remote part of the island. The food is delicious and most of it homemade and I mean they take it to another level with the menu and quality of the food.

These aren’t complaints but the jacuzzi jets were working and I think the price of cocktails and drinks in general needs to be reviewed and the price of treatments. I think if this hotel could upgrade its pool area to include hydro jets and more jacuzzi jets, it could be a world class hotel on the island. Again those aren’t complaints just observations.

We loved everything. The location in the less developed eastern part means you are secluded and this is what I wanted. Some reviewers here seem surprised it’s far -do your research while booking so you know where you are going. The hut was comfortable and clean. I like the fact that they are aiming to be sustainable. There are baths etc. but I guess when it first opened the understanding of sustainability was different. The place is located in the jungle and you will wake up to the sounds of nature. It was a wonderful stay for us. We extended from 4 to 6 nights to fully chill out. You can rent a scooter for 350 a day - return the keys as soon as you don’t want it any more to avoid further charges. Yoga classes are available at a cost of 400. The massages start from 600 baht. There are noticed in reception-read carefully to avoid disappointment. Breakfast spread is varied and even a vegan can find food for themselves -which is often difficult. The restaurant food was nice. If you want to try other options, there are many restaurants around that might be cheaper. We are happy to mix. The best part of the experience is the staff -humble and happy to help, even with at times limited English. Some say the place lacks professionalism, I think it does not-it often comes down to the management of our expectations. The hotel taxi from the pier costs 500 and the ride is about 20-25 mins. Do your research and enjoy your stay!

This hidden gem is so tranquil and relaxing. The staff are amazing, so so friendly. There are so many spaces to enjoy. Its not a party spot, it is all about relaxation. But if you want to venture elsewhere for a day trip, they are happy to help. Scooters and taxi, your choice and only 40ish minutes away. The restaurant caters for all dietary needs and there are so many options. It is hard to choose. The daily breakfast was excellent. Again, so many options. Fresh juices, and fruit all day. It was great watching the team work in their garden, which provides for the restaurant. There is also a lot of wildlife to take in. Such a cool place.

Really great and relaxing spot! Nice room, nice little pool, good dinner at the restaurant. We rented a scooter, price was a little high but it’s a fun way to explore the island. Friendly staff.

Very expensive massage prices. And expensive getting there because not many tourists go to that side of the island. I wish a shuttle bus/taxi to and from the pier was included in the price.

**Good day,** The Spa Koh Chang Resort is a unique place - you can feel the authenticity of both the facility itself and the people who work here. The yoga instructor is an incredibly warm and kind person, the restaurant staff is always smiling, and the gardeners passionately take care of the beautiful gardens and vegetable plots. The surrounding vegetation and views are breathtaking. This is an ideal place for sensitive people looking for peace. However, it is worth being mobile - the main attractions of the island are a bit further away. The resort is located in a less touristy part of Koh Chang, which has its charm - you can discover many peaceful and interesting places here, such as the Altitude79 Coffee cafe with a beautiful view, the beach at Koh Chang Karang Bayview Resort or the unfinished but intriguing Parama Resort 2, reminiscent of the Easter Islands in style - it is a really interesting experience. I highly recommend it!

We stayed at The Spa Koh Chang for 5 days and completely fell in love with this dreamy resort. From start to finish, everything felt thoughtful and relaxing. Service & Stay - We received an email before arrival with clear instructions on how to get there. - Taxi was booked directly with the hotel, and their own driver picked us up. - Upon arrival, we were welcomed with a delicious welcome drink and luggage service to our room. - The entire resort feels like a peaceful oasis, perfect for resetting. - Loved that there was one free activity per day. - Water dispensers are available, and you get fresh water in glass bottles daily — environmentally conscious and convenient. - I needed medical supplies during our stay, and the staff didn’t hesitate, they brought everything straight to our room and checked on me daily. Restaurant - The dishes are super delicious and beautifully prepared. - The breakfast buffet is out of this world, with a big variety and the option to order fresh eggs (omelets, scrambled, etc.). - Dinner tip: The food is amazing, but the wait times can be really long (the staff is still learning, as we were told). Just get there early or be patient. We ended up writing down our order to help them out — and despite that, we were really happy with the food and the kindness of the staff. Location - The resort is located on the quiet east side of the island, far from the crowds — exactly what we wanted! - Important tip: No ferry operator will bring you all the way to the resort for free, even if your booking says "resort drop-off." They drop you off at White Sand Beach, and from there, you'll pay around 800 Baht for 2 people to continue to the resort. - We visited White Sand Beach for a few hours and quickly realized: too crowded, no island vibes. The east side of the island was perfect to truly relax and enjoy peace and nature.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It's a beautiful hotel surrounded by mangrove trees and palm trees. The staff were very kind and helpful. Our room was comfortable. I really enjoyed the pool. The food was great. We loved the free activities - cycling, kayaking, cooking, going to a local viewpoint. The yoga was a great way to start the day. It was really nice to see the gardens where they grew food to eat in the restaurant. I would love to go back someday.

Very relaxing space in the middle of the mangroves surrounded by green. The Resort is clean and in good condition. The room with the mig bathtub and a stunning view was clean and super comfy. Staff was amazing, food was deliciously fresh and healthy and the bikes and kayaks we rented for free were in great condition and super fun to use. We saw quite a bit even for being on the quiet side of Koh Chang, took a day trip by taxi one day to the beaches and another day we rented 2 scooters and went exploring. You can relax or be active up to you! Definitely recommend and we would come back 🫶🏼

There’s nothing really to complain about. One thing that might could get a little more attention is the outdated gym equipment, put some new machines and two benches in, perfect, I still could get two little workouts in as it is now.

The Spa is a lovely place on a quieter side of Koh Chang. Rooms and other facilities were nice and we especially liked that there is a lot of nature around you. Also you can rent a scooter from the hotel and go explore. It's preferred if you have some experience with driving a scooter, because roads on Koh Chang are quite tricky. The Spa' own restaurant is decent, but there are also couple of really good food places nearby: Ban Dit Bar, Ronnie's and Ban Chor Chamuang. If you're looking for action, then this place probably isn't for you. It's a chill vibe, place to relax and escape from the fast tempo of everyday life.

We booked villa with private pool for two nights and it was not enough. Yes, the location of the hotel is apart of everything that is going on on the island but we spent few days first in Kai Bae - so it was a perfect way to end our holiday. The villa was so spacious, got everything we needed and the design was amazing. We really enjoyed the peacefullness of the place. A big plus is free kayak and bike station.

Water in villa´s pool and also the big pool was a bit cold for my liking. Sometimes it takes a little more time to get our orders ready in restaurant.
