Very Clean. Good shower pressure. Staff very professional, understanding and helpful. Always greet you with a smile. Rooms a good size and comfortable beds. Good range of English tv channels and other languages. Nice good sized pool. Great buffet breakfast.. I always look forward to coming back to Zing. I honestly think it’s one of the best value for money hotels in Thailand. Location is fantastic in Jomtien plaza, with lots of restaurants, bars, shows, beach and attractions, particularly appealing for a gay crowd, but a great place for tourists generally.

Sometimes internet dropped out but depends where you were in the building, but not really a major issue.

The location of the hotel next to the Gay Quarter. It was quiet considering how near it was to the bars and clubs. Short walk to the shops, beach and restaurants. The excellent inexpensive all-you-can-eat breakfast, the meals they serve in the evening, the good sized rooms, the friendliness of the staff. I would highly recommend it as a solo traveller

Good location, reasonably priced, clean rooms, good kitchen and versatile menu, long breakfast hours, breakfast assortment, excellent pool and sunbeds.

Supposing that the room cleaners use the hand shower during cleaning the bathroom, I wonder how it was possible that the wall holder of the handshower was so loose and not tightenable that it did not hold the handshower in its angle position. Haven't they reported this malfunction to the facility maintenance team? Anyway, we did not report this issue to the reception either. We used it as pure handshower. Kitchen closed for food making already at ~20.30 while the Dining Room was open till 22 pm. The lift could facilitate air conditioning. It is now an accumulating heat closet.

Our room was more like a one bedroom apartment. It was a good size and had a separate lounge. Bedroom at the back of so we couldn't hear noise at the pool. We were given room 411 which was a nice quiet corner with pool access. Location was good, walking distant to everything. All the staff were friendly. Food was good and reasonable priced. It is located in the gay area so if you are not open minded don't book here. We were comfortable and everyone were respectful. Safe to walk around at night time. Hubby and I were walking in the middle of the street at night, we found lots of lovely eateries nearby. Try Dick's Restaurant, delicious food and well presented. Went to two markets. The market opposite the beach sells fresh, delicious and cheap food (and beers). We were walking and swimming early in the morning as it was the coolest time to go. Western foods like pies, if you want that sort of stuff is at the other end of the street from the hotel.

Many steps, so watch your step around the place if you're not stable on your feet. No tour desk, have to walk to the shops. Hotel was a little bit outdated but comfortable.

Spacious room and bathroom with large comfortable double bed. Breakfast was available up to 2pm with good selection of Thai and Western options. Friendly and attentive staff and room was cleaned and tidied well every day at time convenient for guests. Large swimming pool and sunbathing area,. Close to seafront.

Located in the Jomtien Complex with some noise from closeby night venues late into the early hours. If you are a light sleeper, you should consider airplugs, which worked for me. Shower did not have hot water at the start of my stay but staff sorted out when I raised.

Zing Resort is a great resort. Large pool quiet street and a great in-house restaurant. Beach is a 10 minute walk away, 7 Eleven is only 3 minutes walk. Walking street is 15 minutes by baht bus which cost 20 baht/1 AUD. Restaurants, street food and bars are near by. Jomtien has the gay bars of Pattaya only 3 streets, so you can avoid these bars. The bus to and from Bangkok is only a 10 minute walk away with luggage which cost 143 baht a cheap way of getting to and from Bangkok.

The staff and the hotel itself were wonderful....I have booked to return in 2025. The cleaning staff were meticilious and obliging and flexible.

The only drawback was the hot water. It was impossible to have a warm shower .....the water does not mix well....it's either too hot or two cold.I did report the matter and some adjustment was made which did help a little. I don't know if it was only my room as I don't gossip to other guests.

The Cleaning Staff were the best and most professional I have ever encountered after 60+ years of travel. Big Smiles every Morning and always thorough in Work. The 2 Ladies were helpful and spoke Good English. Great Credit to the Owner. Thanks 🙏

No Negatives.

Everything! Although the hotel isn't one the swankiest in all of Pattaya and may come across as a little dated in decor, it has more than enough to make your stay as comfortable as it should. The staff are friendly, helpful and approachable. I had a problem before retiring for the night when I noticed I had an uninvited guest in the room. A lizard made itself cosy in the corner of the ceiling in the room, I've got a phobia towards these critters and will not be able to sleep in the same space with one. A helpful staff came to my rescue and literally gently escorted the uninvited guest out of the premise without harming it. All my nights were restful, I slept great!

Nothing...only the heavy downpours, but that's beyond the hotel!

Rooms are Oki. Cleaning, fresh towels will be provided every day. In the middle of the Jomtien complex. Nothing special but all the stuff is giving everything that you feel pleasant. No discussion in the night if you wanna take someone with you. Of course everything on your own responsibility. Breakfast can be booked for 250 Baht/ day (all you can eat / incl coffee und other beverages).

Bathroom is very old. Unfortunately there was a bad smell in the bathroom, I assume the pipes are old.
