We spent only one night in Karlovy Vary. And if to be honest, it wasn’t enough. The hotel is one of our favorites now. The room was amazing! We would like to thank the stuff at the reception! Radka and Yakub very helpful. They treated us very kind and professional. Definitely, we will come back.

The room was very comfy and large it was a connecting room, the distance between the building and the hotel about 5 mins walking. The staff is awesome and very helpful and supportive starting from the reception to the restaurant and wellness center. I had nothing to complain. the location excellent. only 10 mins from the train station by taxi and worth 8 euros.

The room was not sound proofing, the area is very quite, but they was cleaning and the vacuum voice was very noisy at the room. The wellness center is a bit small, and was very crowded.

Perfect location. Free Wellness center from 7am till 12 am as a bonus. Many thanks to the receptionist Jakub for the perfect support during the staying in the hotel

Take all needed bath kit with you as only soap and shampoo/gel are available

The hotel is very centrally located and beautifully decorated. The rooms are clean and spacious. It's a good value for money.

There was no WiFi reception in the room. Also, it's not clear whether you have spa access or not when booking the room. We had to pay an additional cost to access the spa on arrival, although when booking it was implied that access to the spa facilities was included.

The apartment was Big and with a balkon overlooking the pedestrian part of central Vary. On the main hotel the saunas and the spa pool were Nice and very clean

On booking.com it Said that we Could use the spa facilities on the main hotel, but upon arrival we were told it was not included because we booked through booking.com. They ended up allowing us to use the facilities but annoying that it was not given. It was impossible to understand the direktions given regarding parking. There is no parking. One should park the car away from city center and walk down.

The place can not be better. The room was clean (except in low visibility areas like top of the bed frame etc.) In the room we had free coffee and tea, which we enjoyed in the balcony with the view. We also got slippers and robes. It is very nice that hotel have a tea lounge, which you can enjoy almost all day. The spa is also included in the price, it is not big, but enought to relax. Breakfast was ok, you have to go to another building for it (the same is for tea lounge and spa).

Parking is hard to find, hotel can offer some places there to keep the car, but they can be far away. We chose public parking place (440kc/per day), it was not so far, but in uphill.

-Thin walls! I heard a big piggy old man was snoring the whole night! And at 5:00 a.m. neighbours were talking and I heard every word! -breakfasts are in the other main building of Astoria and it is quite uncomfortable: you have to walk. And it would be nice to have an extended breakfast till 11:00. - Wellness: lots of kiddos everywhere, no place to swim, the pool is unbelievably small. Kids dare to visit saunas.(?) Generally kids dare to visit wellness till 6 p.m,but I would restrict it at all or build an extra kid pool. . Wellness is extremely small and you have a feeling being a chick in a soup. People in the saunas wear swimsuits. Restricted amount of hooks for your things. No place to relax at all, too stressful wellness!!!

Rooms was as shown in the pictures. Very pretty and clean with coffee machine and coffee available to use. One of the room had a balcony with beautiful view. Very pretty bathrooms.

First of all information about hotel location was sent to me in Russian, but per my request to send it in English I did not get answer. When we found hotel at the door bell lady was not polite and said to look where to check in other place and it's in my email, but it's in Russian!! I asked her where we have to go and she constantly repeated it's all in the email. So we just looked up translation and it took us another 30min to find check in place. To our surprise our rooms where in different building 300m away from main hotel!!! We had to sleep in one building but for sauna, swimming pool and breakfast we would have to walk to another building. Which seemed weird at first and I don't remember seeing it upon booking. They did offer us as a bonus free swimming pool.

Really like the design of the building, inside and outside, very clean room and equipped with everything we needed, close to everything in town. Amazing hallway design, unique. Check in very quickly, personal helped us with everything, gave us all the details needed. Also good breakfast. Thank you!

The noise very early in the morning, outside people were working after the film festival. And also parking difficult to find.

We had booked a family room and were accommodated in two rooms. These rooms have separate toilet and bathroom with shower. There is a balcony overlooking the geyser and the church. The hotel provides bathrobes.

We did not receive instructions for check-in. It takes place in the Hotel Astoria, 300 meters one way on foot with suitcases in the heat of 35C. The hotel has no air conditioners. The towels were not changed for 6 days.
