I have to say that location of the hotel it’s really perfect . Very easy connection to the city center. Amazing and very helpfull staff especially ROSIA ! This guy helped me out to sort a better room for me and my finance as we came together with his mum to celebrate her birthday. He was every time very kind and patient with me as I wasn’t easy customer. He helped me with all I needed and he really deserve a 5 star !! All he did for me he made with a smile on his face :) thank you once again ROSIA - thanks to you this trip was even more amazing. Hope to see you next time !

Was no bath in the room

Hotel has a good accessibility by car with plenty of parking space. Hotel also has a good connection to public transport. The room was very nice, spacious, clean, comfy and well organized.

Breakfast was amazing. Staff OK, room in a section that looked a bit like from socialist times, but the inside was clean and nice (although packed with beds, which made the room really small - it looked like four beds were placed in a room for two).

Parking fee: They don't tell you on their booking site that they charge you 50 Czech korunas for one hour of parking (excluding the first hour). Since they have quite a lot of parking places, this seems really too much. At least be honest about it on the web. Pets: As to pets, they are allowed, however, charged quite a price (in fact a small dog charge was higher than a visitor's charge for one night). Wannabe fancy smell: The really strong perfume smell in the front-desk hall was just a bit overwhelming.

The hotel was spacious with plenty of rooms. When it was full, finding a parking spot may seem hard, but you can definitely find one in the yard. The deluxe tripe room was spacious and comfortable. The bed was actual king size and the bathroom was very modern. I still remember the lighting system, the best I've seen until now... The room had a coffee maker and a fridge, also very helpful. The breakfast was in my top 5 from what I've seen until now, variated and delicious... The heating system can be controlled by the guest in the room. One more thing... The public transport around is great! You can take trams 9 and 10 from the station right near to get to Charles Bridge or bus 180 to get to the Royal Palace.

There were a lot of tables in the breakfast hall, so there was no waiting. I am only saying "waiting", because there were always a lot of people having breakfast, so it could get crowded around 9 a. m. Still, the employees are constantly refreshing the buffet. Also, about the parking, as I said above, it could be hard finding a place when the hotel is full, but the receptionist opened a small yard where we could park the car. A bit expensive for 160 euros per night, but this is Prague, after all! However, the great service was totally worth it!

This was a new hotel being told that it had only been in operation for 5 months. We opted for a room with a garden patio having view over the nearby woodland. Very clean comfortable rooms with fridge and facilities to make tea and coffee. The hotel is outside the centre, however it has very good reasonably priced access to Prague from the tram station "Hotel Golf" just a few yards from the hotel. Easy access from the airport by taxi. The highlight of our stay was the excellent breakfast which we rate a "10".

Quite a few steps from the tram station up to the hotel. There was some building work but it didn't affect our stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of fresh and tasty options to choose from each morning. The staff were always friendly, helpful, and welcoming, creating a very positive atmosphere throughout my stay. I would especially like to mention Olena from Ukraine – she was outstanding! Her warm smile, professionalism, and attentive service truly made a difference. Thank you, Olena, for making my experience even more enjoyable! Highly recommended – I will definitely be coming back!

Pet friendly! The restaurant was so nice and i would have stayed longer just to eat breakfast there more, it was so good. The restaurant staff is truly amazing, professional and kind! In the room the bed was comfortable and i liked that many pillows were provided.

The hotel room door was faulty, didn’t lock properly. Fortunately there was a handyman right away to check it out, though the problem was only resolved temporarily. I stayed only one night so it didn’t bother me. In the area there is not much to do. You need a car, or go 5-7 stops with a tram to find something in the area.

The breakfast was great. The Hotel's location is good because it's close to the cable cars, practically in front of the Hotel, and the schedule demand is excellent, every 8 minutes there was one available. The travel time to the city center was about 25 minutes. The beds were comfortable.

I didn't like that our room was in an annex at the back of the hotel. To access the restaurant and amenities, we had to walk outside, there was no access from inside. This caused us some discomfort, especially with the low temperatures and with a child.

The hotel's buffet breakfast was very good. It's a bit far from the center, but there is a tram stop in front of the hotel. Lines 9 and 10 take you to the city center. You can also buy a ticket for the tram, get a ticket that takes at least 90 minutes. The staff was very kind and helpful. The beds in the room were very comfortable and cozy. However, we paid an extra city tax at the hotel, which they charge as a mandatory fee.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Very nice hotel! Nice staff, good breakfast, restaurant in the hotel, so easy to have lunch or dinner if you won't leave the hotel. The location was perfect with the tram in front of the hotel. We stopped our car in the limited parking and used the tram during our 8 nights stay.

Rooms don't have closets or drawers despite when we booked it, the picture was showing closet. There are hangers on the wall. Also we faced many problems in our room. Heater & phone wasn't working and sometimes no hot water. The staff & technician were cooperative but couldn't fix anything. It seems that the same problems were in many rooms due to works in the hotel. They proposed to change our room but we didn't.
