We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was exactly as described on the website, which is always a pleasant surprise. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, always ready to help. Special thanks to the restaurant waiters — they were attentive and constantly offered drinks, creating a warm and pleasant atmosphere. The food was excellent — fresh, tasty, and varied. Every meal included several types of meat and fish, and the desserts were simply amazing! Our room was clean and comfortable, with a balcony and a beautiful sea view. The beds were quite cozy. Housekeeping was done daily, with regular changes of towels and bed linens. The beach is well equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas, and a free bar. The beach staff are always there to help set up umbrellas, which is a nice touch. There are also showers and restrooms available on the beach. The location is great — about a 15-minute walk to the city center or just a short bus ride. The bus stop is only 50 meters from the hotel.

If I had to mention any downsides, the pedestrian crossing light near the hotel wasn’t working, but it didn’t affect our stay — cars always stopped to let us pass. Also, the beach entrance is rocky, but shoes solve that easily.

Want to thank you for the wonderful stay I had at Monart City Hotel. I want to start with the amazing staff at the reception, who are always very polite and ready to help, the women who clean the rooms and everyone who works in the restaurant and bars for the great attitude. Was there with my mom (she had a birthday) and they made a great surprise for her ( thank you for that). + location, you can walk to the town in 15 minutes + own private beach opposite the hotel, drinks and some snacks incl. in the beach bar + very delicious food + and staff is very friendly 😊 + everything is clean (rooms, lobby etc) Price is reasonable.

-the first night we were leaving in the room, which is overlooking the sea and the road. For me it was too noisy, so I couldn’t sleep there even with ear plugs ( choose another room type, if you have the same problems. - pools are quite small and the sun is not shining all the day to the pool areas. - entrance to the sea is not the best, because of the stones and stone slabs ( not the best for children).

It was our first time in Turkey. Before we reached the hotel, our experience had been quite negative — we got our money exchanged at an unfair rate and were charged €150 for a taxi from the airport. But once we arrived at the hotel, everything was perfect. The reception staff were always helpful, and we especially want to highlight Heidy — she went above and beyond her duties and even helped us rent a car without any issues. Food: 9/10 Cleanliness: 9/10 Service: 9/10 We can easily recommend this hotel — we really enjoyed our stay!

Very good food, beautiful room, good drinks and caring personal. I would like to mention Heidy, becouse she was really helpfull with explaining how traveling works in Alanya. I would happily return to this hotel.

We were leaving late at night, so we asked for some food to go. Unfortunately, we were disappointed. We received a dry bun with a few vegetables.

The staff was very kind and helpful. Food was good.

The location of the room. There is no soundproof and the evening program and music might disturb sleeping. So if you are easily disturbed by noices i suggest eather try to ask for a room farther away from the front pool area or take earplugs with you.

Very clean. Tastefully furnished rooms, new furniture. Polite, respectful staff, who thanked every time. At the reception, very kind staff, remarkable lady who speaks Romanian, of a special kindness and with a lot of patience, gives support to all tourists. Varied, delicious food for all tastes ice cream and delicious coffee, pizza, beer and juices throughout the day, artistic program every night. To the entire staff of the spa, wellness, Turkish bath we give all respect for the kindness and services provided. Note that: the check-in could be done before 2 pm, and after the check-out our bracelets were not cut and we could sit at the pool, we could serve the meal until the time of transfer to the airport, without additional costs.The hotel management is present non-stop among tourists, very attentive and receptive to the wishes of tourists. .

The beach requires more sand to cover the stones that are at the entrance to the sea.There is no children's animator.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The staff were super friendly and always ready to help out. The food was amazing—definitely some of the best we've had at a hotel. Everything was kept really clean, and the place had a stylish vibe and cool decorations. We loved the live music in the evenings, which added a nice touch, and having a private beach was a big plus.

The only issue was the AC in our room—it was old and a bit noisy, which was kind of annoying at night.

The food was very good, from 7am till the midnight. Accomodation OK, we had view on the sea, beaufitull. 5 times a week there was a music by the pool, all drinks, snacks included.
