It was a wonderful stay after a long break due to pandemic, I am a very frequent guest of Antalya hotels. Variety of foods were great. Animation team have done their job really well. Still cannot forget their dance song 😀. Hotels is nice for all types of guests. We are family with small kid and including one of our friends, who came solo. All of us enjoyed it.

The room we have gotten were really small, compare to other rooms. Feels like we were unlucky.

The positives definitely outweigh the negatives, especially when considering the price I paid for an all inclusive. Water slides and pools are maintained well and not overly crowded. Food and drinks were ok (nothing to get excited about) and available all day. There is a water sports company on the beach that offers paragliding, boat rentals, etc which was really nice but overpriced for Türkiye. Staff were mostly friendly. There were plenty of activities in the pool that were led by staff (water polo, dancing, etc). There are grocery stores, pharmacy, and restaurants within a short walk. Downtown Kemer is also a walkable distance.

It’s definitely NOT the 5 star resort they advertise. I’d say it’s more like a high 3 star hotel when compared to western hotels. The air conditioning in the rooms is adequate but not cold enough when it’s 35 degrees outside and you can’t control the temperature. Most of the staff don’t speak English, they mostly speak Russian, so you have to be ok with not being able to communicate with the majority of the staff…or the other guests. The hotel rooms are in need of major updates and repair. They allow guests to reserve chairs by the pool by placing a towel on the chairs, so by 08:00 there isn’t a single chair available…but nobody is at the pool. I saw chairs with towels on them that were never used all day. It’s not organized well.

We had a food poisoning during the trip after one of the dinners, but it wasn't too bad. Apart from that, the hotel was great.

Wonderful sea and hotel location!

The hotel does not live up to its 5-star rating. I was given a room that was not the one I booked and that was below the advertised level. They cited the fact that there were no rooms available. The room needs repairs, and much of the furniture is damaged. The room's cleanliness is also questionable. It is impossible to enjoy the balcony or sleep with it open because of the noise from the industrial air conditioners. Also, despite the balcony being closed, the music from the disco prevented me from falling asleep. Another negative is that half of the music is in Russian. The WiFi is terrible and does not work everywhere. There were a few days with power outages throughout the hotel. Most of the staff does not speak English. There are a small number of sunbeds on the beach and at the pool, so it's difficult to relax there. There is a large selection of food, but it is monotonous, and fish is very rare. Unfortunately, many of the cutlers are chipped or scuffed and need to be replaced. Another huge drawback is the cleanliness of the cutlery. It was often dirty with traces of dried food. The management only smiles but does not take action. I do not recommend this hotel!

Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing and far below the expected standards. • The room had a very strong sewage smell which made it unbearable. • The walls were damaged, there were visible stains on the furniture, and the room conditions were poor. • The emergency equipment was misplaced, which raised serious safety concerns. • When I requested a room change, the staff were unhelpful and uncooperative. • Because of these issues, I was unable to rest or sleep in the room and ended up spending the night on the beach. This has negatively affected my holiday and my well-being. I kindly request appropriate compensation for this unpleasant experience. I look forward to your prompt response. There is no nothing to like. Very rude staff and liers.

5 days they did not fix room phone. Reception was rude. They made me problem when it was payment. Asked more money during stay and reject to accept euro notes although I have confirmed it with hotel before my arrival. To sum up I do not recommend it to anyone.
