My stay was beyond our expectations its the best hotel with the best staff ! Everybody is friendly and nice dtarting from the guest relation passing by everyone especially Uluç who made our stay more comfortable as if we were in our home he wanted to do anything just to make us happy and comfortable! Great hotel great management keep it up till we meet next year😍

Nothing everything was perfect

From the moment we walked in the door at Cassa Nonna we knew we were in for something special. This hotel is understated luxury. At times it felt like we were the only guests, such was the level of staff and service. We were so surprised it was so quiet in the peak of summer, but weren't complaining. The hotel is elegantly decorated in an Italian Riviera style, that felt both relaxed and opulent. The view from our room over the sea was incredible but the sunset view from the waterfront restaurant and infinity pool was even better! And the breakfasts were an absolute highlight of each day. You don't go to a buffet, they bring the buffet to you, and every dish was amazing. Honestly, this was my favourite hotel for our whole European trip. I loved every second of our stay and hope I can go back one day.

The food and drinks are EXPENSIVE! You expect prices to be high at a luxury hotel but $35AUD for a cocktail and $450 for a two course dinner with an average bottle of wine is a lot, compared to other hotels we stayed at. The food was delicious and worth the splurge but I drank my cocktails slowly! The only other negative, which I hesitate to write when the hotel can't do anything about it, is the noise from the nightclub at the next door resort was annoying. From about 10pm you could hear the doof door from the club echoing across the water and it made sitting on your balcony and enjoying the beautiful night less peaceful than it should've been. But I feel for Cassa Nonna when they can't control that and would still stay here despite the noise.

AMAZING Property ! Hotel, Rooms, Beach/Sea, Restaurants, Views are beyond great : modern and high quality yet with a home/cozy feeling to it. The Hotel is owned by such an adorable grandmother -La Nonna- whose house is by the hotel and whom you can see at breakfast everyday. Special thanks to an AMAZING team : Guests relation : Tatiana Reception: Hediye Food and Beverage : Merve,Hakan,Hozan,Hasan,Putra,Gulben,Nessibelli Close to “downtown” and the marina - Around 10 minutes by car. The Adults Only policy is a big plus.

Pool is a little too small. Its nothing related to the property but the last 2 minutes of driving to reach the hotel are quite stressful because of a high narrow 2 ways road without road side protection and with no lights at night.

From the warm check in received by Ozlem, to the helpfulness of Hedi at the front desk for Any requests. Casa Nonna makes you feel like family. They truly made my stay an exceptional one. From the kind and thorough housekeeping, to Ali the young gentleman who helped me with my luggage. The sea, pool, food and level of service was exceptional. Hokan, Yusuf and Sinem were there for every desire, food wise, and I have to say the hotel is very green and health conscious which was appreciated for those with a healthy lifestyle! To the professionalism of Sina and Tatiana, I truly couldn't recommend this place more, and thoroughly look forward to returning very soon for the next holiday season. Slightly far from the Yalikavak side of town, where there is international high end restaurants like Zuma/Gigi/Scorpios, but Casa Nonna is right next to the old outer worldly town which is more authentic.

Very nice small cozy hotel which was renewed last year. The rooms are nice with comfortable bed and bellows, the breakfast is nice they make everything from their own small garden, the view is amazing in the morning as all rooms facing the beach, the staff are nice and helpful all time especially the young lady in the morning breakfast I forgot her name but she is outstanding with her service and she got us a small gift of their own made olives.

Ok as for adults who wants peace and disconnect from the stress of modern life this hotel is the one, small and cozy. But … it’s far from Yalikavac which is the new metropolis area with high mend restaurants it will take you around 45-1 hr drive to go there. Also the beach is rocky not sandy which is unfortunate

This property is definitely five star. We lived everything. Beautiful pool and beach club. The food at the restaurant and for breakfast outstanding. Cocktails and lunch delicious. Most outstanding is the service. The staff in every aspect were incredible. Location a little Out of the busy town centre which is a good thing. Taxis are easy to get and only $20 AUD should you want to pop in for a dinner, boat trip or cocktail. But there is really no need the hotel has it all. Special thanks to Tatiana for such a warm welcome and Ongoing service. We had room with balcony overlooking the pool. Nice size room and fabulous shower! We also used the gym. It’s small but all you need on a holiday.

The hotel is perfectly located, right on a stunning and peaceful beach. The staff were incredibly professional, warm, and attentive throughout our stay. Our room was spacious, clean, and well equipped. We especially appreciated the kind gesture for our wedding anniversary — a cake and lovely balloon decorations in our room! Special thanks to Tatiana, who went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable.

A few areas could be improved: - Breakfast, served at the table, lacked variety and became repetitive over the days. And the team was quickly overwhelmed during the weekend rush, and some orders were missed. - Overall food quality could be better: we ate at the beach bar every day and found the dishes lacking in seasoning, with fruits that had very little taste. - The pillows weren’t very comfortable. - And in the evenings, loud music from a nearby hotel could be disturbing. Despite these minor issues, we had a wonderful time and are very grateful to the whole team!

Casa Nonna is an absolute gem in Bodrum. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by the kindest and most attentive staff – always smiling and ready to help with anything we needed. The breakfast was a highlight every morning: fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented with a variety of local options. The view from the hotel is simply breathtaking – a peaceful, panoramic escape that makes you feel like you’re in a dream. The area around the hotel is calm and serene, perfect for those looking to relax and unwind away from the crowds. Everything was spotlessly clean and well taken care of, which made our stay even more comfortable. We left with beautiful memories and can’t wait to return!

The premises were modern, luxurious and serene while the views from the rooms and common areas were postcard like. The big comfy bed was magical. The bathroom with marble, Diptyque shower gels and lotions reaffirms the luxury. Pictures don't do the place justice. Breakfast daily was a fresh spread of Turkish delicacies with the option of more "usual" additions like omelets and salmon. I had some of the best pizza and pasta I've had in my life from the beach. I literally could go on and on about how perfect everything was. I highly recommend the Turkish bath at the spa, those ladies know what they are doing. Lastly, the reception staff was genuinely kind and attentive.

An Experience Beyond Luxury! From the moment we stepped into Casa Nonna, we knew this place was something truly special. We were warmly welcomed and given a beautiful tour of the hotel by Tatiana, who made us feel right at home from the very beginning. We’re Spanish and very familiar with what good food and great service look like, but Casa Nonna exceeded every expectation we had. It was, without a doubt, an experience unlike any other. From our stunning suite to the attention to detail in every interaction, everything was simply perfect. The breakfast was an absolute dream. Fresh, varied, and served with such care that it became one of the highlights of our days. The room service also deserves special recognition: every dish we ordered felt like it came straight from a Michelin-starred kitchen. The quality, flavors, and presentation were all simply outstanding. The restaurant Morchella deserves a special mention. The service was flawless, and the food… absolutely unforgettable. I never thought I’d say this, but I’ve had better pasta here than in Italy. Every dish was crafted with love and skill, full of flavor and creativity. I’m genuinely emotional as I write this, because I’ve never felt this way when leaving a hotel. I’ve been lucky enough to stay in many five-star properties around the world, but Casa Nonna has left a lasting impression on me. I leave with tears in my eyes, and a deep certainty that I will return. The turquoise waters, the exquisite cuisine, the peaceful elegance of the place, and above all, the heartfelt kindness of the entire team deserve far more than a simple review. So, from the bottom of my heart — thank you endlessly.
