Hotel in front of the beach. it has many bars around the hotel, especially the bar in front of the beach with a beautiful view was very good. good food, ok drinks for an all inclusive. Beer juices and soft drinks of very good quality. Very helpful, kind staff always ready to help with whatever is needed. Nothing to complain . perfect stay. Best Location on the entire beach.

We have just finished our 3 night stay at Belcekiz and it was much better than we expected. 😄 We read a couple of mixed reviews on Trip Advisor which we feel are quite negative. This hotel is great! Food - Really good for an AI. Lots of variety and really tasty. They literally feed you 24/7 (almost). Breakfast, late breakfast, snack bar, lunch, snack bar, ice cream bar, dinner, late night snack bar. Drinks - Not amazing, but OK, and drinkable! Service - Outstanding! They cannot do enough for you. Location - Brilliant. Right on the beach and less than a minute walk into town. Rooms - Small but adequate. Cleaning - Exceptional. The cleaners clean your room every day. Entertainment - The guy who does the entertainment is brilliant! He has so much energy and is always getting people to join in on things like darts, bowls, volleyball, table tennis etc, and then he hosts the evening entertainment too - karaoke, bands and more. Spa / Turkish Bath - This is onsite at the hotel and it’s sensational!!! The ladies here are amazing. Very friendly and talented masseuses. We felt thoroughly relaxed after visiting here. Sun beds - We visited here is September and didn’t have any trouble with ‘sun bed wars’. We always got a sun bed around the pool.

There is not an iron available at the hotel, just an ‘ironing service’. When you only want one item of clothing ironed of an evening it would be nice to be able to borrow an iron for 5 minutes. The WiFi is good around communal areas but hit and miss in your room / other areas. The beach area (where there are plenty of sun beds), is not well kept. I think they need to employ someone to keep this area a bit cleaner.

We loved how close it was to the beach, the all inclusive buffet had a lot of choice but also good quality. we loved the spa (went three times!) and the bar was so much fun in the evenings. the entertainment was also so good! The staff were really friendly and made the trip so easy and enjoyable!

The music in the evenings caters very much to the older crowd and so as a younger couple we would have liked more of the newer music! Also some feedback- the pictures on booking.com don’t do Belcekiz justice! we almost didn’t book it because from the pictures the hotel looks very dated. this isn’t the case at all, and it is also so much bigger than it looks online! we highly recommend you put newer, better quality pictures up that show how nice the hotel is!

very well located, the staff are very polite and are always there when you need them, entertainment was great.

The sun lounger situation, you have to cue up at 8 to get a lounger, guests leave towels at 8 and disappear. if you’re not there for 8 you won’t get a lounger beside the pool. what a lot of hotels do is have spare to give out to guests as they arrive.

The hotel, staff and facilities were all excellent.

It was our honeymoon and despite us having told the hotel before our arrival and having reminded them upon arrival, no special effort was made. No wine, no champagne not even a banana in a fruit bowl or a congratulations card!

Wow wow wow! Hotel, staff, food, facilities absolutely amazing. Literally could not fault anything hoping to get booked for next year, and the year after and the year after that and so on!!

The location of the hotel couldn't be better for Olu Deniz centre and was a stones throw from the beach. My room was exceptional, as a lone female traveller I was located very close to Reception in a quiet corridor, I don't know if this was luck or judgement but it was welcomed. The room was spotless everyday and I couldn't have asked for a better one.

The only thing that was unsettling is that for about 3 weeks before my stay I kept getting messages via booking.com to say that the hotel wanted to change my stay dates, you clicked no to leave the original booking intact, but I wasn't relaxed until I had actually checked in that I would have a room. I need not have worried as the hotel were fully expecting me during my booking dates, which was a relief. I don't know if this is hotel generated or booking.com generated, but I wasn't keen on the continual offer of new dates.

Location of the hotel was exquisite and right next to the sea which was crystal clean. Food in the restaurant was scrumptious and the staff was very kind and helpful, bartenders especially.

The beach reserved for the guests was rather small due to the hotel having quite narrow structure. The cable car to Babadag is pretty upredictable.

Clean, quiet, good food, pleasant and friendly staff. Spa is to die for! 😍😍😍

The TV is not connected to the internet. It’s such a great flatscreen, and it’s shame that it’s a complete waste without Netflix or at least a possibility to stream to the screen from your phone or laptop.

Location is good, but kind of isolated. The room is good but kits were minimal. Beach was beautiful

Food was not as per expectation, was average and not much of a variety.
