Amazing stay, the great service we received was a breeze of fresh air, right from the very beginning of our trip, the amazing service we received from the front staff, the exceptional work done by Ms. Ayten at the front desk was really impressive, we were a big family group of 17 people arriving within a space of 3 hours, she managed everything with a great deal of professionalism and with a fine personal touch, we felt already at home before even stepping into our rooms. The property was clean, fresh and the location and environment is absolutely stunning, the amount of trees surrounding the property from inside ( around the pools ) and outside is A.M.A.Z.I.N.G The pebbled beach was quite a change from the regular sandy beaches, the water was Crystal clear with many fish species swimming right beneath you, great snorkling opportunity not to be missed , the boat tour with captain Shenol and Nourieh to the nearby islands was a great trip that was given a 5 star rating by the entire family. Mr. Yaman from the Shisha bar insured that our evenings were saved by the big variety of tobaccos he had, his services during our entire 10 day stay were great. Thank you for every single staff member who made our stay so memorable👏💙

This is the first time after so many experiences of summer vacation were we every year try an new hotel, but here we definitely will be coming back. Everything was perfect, top service, nice people all the stuff is very professional and very friendly. Thank you all

Thank you to the hotel. We appreciated attention and quick responses to all our requests and comments. The food in the main restaurant was fantastic - compliments to the chef. The grounds of the hotel are exquisite - so green and beautiful air. Fast cleaning of the rooms always.

When we arrived it was just few days after the opening of the season, only one restaurant was open and we found that small restaurant and its facilities to keep food hot were not enough so we were a bit disappointed and commented to the manager Ulya when she approached us. Saying all that - all our moments were implemented next 2 days, so we were very happy with the service and the rest of our holiday. Other small thing to be aware - it is an older resort, so some things are not brand new, but overall have a good vibe of very nice family place.

The hotel territory is really nice and green, the food at the restaurant was good, lots of fresh and diverse dishes. The staff is very helpful too - they are friendly and always ready to assist. Special thanks to the guest relation team!

Some parts of the hotel/interior details of the room could use some renovation. Nevertheless, everything was clean and you can see that part of the communal area has been recently renovated.

The whole vibe of the hotel is amazing, feels like you're in a jungle, the staff is very friendly, food is really nice, although we expected more seafood, the selection was really good. The hotel itself is really beautiful.

One huge drawback - if you're not used to animal behavior there might be some cultural shock as there is an insane amount of russians. Staff addresses people in russian assuming they are them and this is not a good look for the hotel if we speak of reputation. A real turn off for the civilized world.

Overall a great hotel. The stuff was friendly, the food was good, the beach was excellent. The property itself is beautiful, large pine trees, very serene.

The room cleaning was ridiciously bad, sometime the room wasn't cleaned for days. The hotel is pretty old, needs urgent renovation for sure. Horrible smell of sewage in bathroom. The biggest problem was: if you don't smoke -- this hotel will be your personal nightmare. Smoking is allowed everywhere, EVEN in the children's pool! Which is absolutely horrible, but the stuff doesn't care at all.

I loved that there was Sport's Academy there, with the BEST INSTRUCTORS: Victoria, Dariia, Elena and their very good Manager. If You want to upgrade your holidays into the active ones, then Do their classess- they are all super professional and fantastic to relax, learn new moves or stay fit🥰 This should be broadcasted, as all the active people would go there. The area is like a Gorgeous jungle and beautifully maintained. Well done, Gardeners BlueWorld diving is a place to go! Great instructors with the best approach and sense of humour:) Reception staff is Top. Lots of activities for absolutely Everyone. Staff is so lovely and accommodating. Food is Great and I loved the various choice.. Will be back 100%.

We came to celebrate our anniversary and we communicated this with the hotel via booking.com they wrote back to us saying they would do their best ....... We got to the hotel at half 9/10 they checked us in super fast drinks were available at the lobby food was even available for a late dinner from 11pm onwards which was perfect as we had a toddler with us. We met with Ulya and Volkan both guest relations managers who looked after us from start to finish, we enquired about where to go shopping Volkan told us how to get to the old town bazaar via taxi or bus. Ulya kept checking in on us and ensuring our stay was pleasant, we were met with drinks and a fruit basket when we arrived at our room which was very spacious and clean. The hotel itself is soooo beautiful nothing like the others we have been to in Antalya it's surrounded by trees and greenery the views are breathtaking we are so sad to be leaving and are already planning our next trip here.plenty for the kids to do and nothing is too much for them.

Honestly cannot say anything

From the moment we arrived felt very welcome and taken care of. The hotel is in a beautiful place, all around trees and flowers, and everything is clean. All services were great, our waiters always remembered what we liked to drink and always kept our tables clean. In the Spa, we tried Tai massage which was really good, would love to come back there! Highly recommend it! Guest Relations not just help, answered questions but also made my two-year-old son very happy with them attention. Little ones have a lot of things to do there. Every evening DJ played great music at the beach club. Same as life music and other events was really nice! Animators did the great job too, there were plenty of activities to do, even at the day time. We enjoyed dinner at Casa Mexicana and Stake house food was really worth our attention! Honestly 10/10, we needed even from 8 days of vacation to extend to 11 days, how nice it was and we did really recover of our life routines. Thank you to the team for a great job!

We really enjoyed our stay — the hotel is set in gorgeous gardens, with lots of shaded spots, several pools, and a big, well-equipped beach. The kids loved the spacious and lively kids club, and I appreciated the morning yoga sessions. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the whole place is very well run, even with lots of guests. The atmosphere is peaceful and friendly, mostly with Russian-speaking families.

The music is often too loud, even on the beach in the evenings. The food is generous but quite repetitive and not very tasty, and drinks weren’t great. Some of the sports equipment could use a refresh, especially the yoga mats. Also, way too many plastic bottles are used — a reusable bottle and water fountains would be a much better, eco-friendly solution.
