The room was very nice, but did not have some of the necessary items. I had to buy shampoo from the gift shop, also the refrigerator was stocked but never restocked. The views, the pool and the beach were amazing.

I was here during Thanksgiving by myself, in order to have a Thanksgiving dinner I had to pay 85.00, I only ate one plate of food. I don’t eat much and am only 142lbs at best. The refrigerator needs to be restocked and the room should have shampoo.

On February 7, Trump Hotel added $660 to my account with the promise to return it when I left the Hotel. I left on the 12th and I had an expense of approximately 180. The employee who assisted me said that they were going to credit it immediately, that is, return my money net. Today is February 18 and I have no notification of difficulties, much less a refund of my money. Some answer?

A Truly Exceptional Stay – Like a Royal Caribbean Cruise on Land! This hotel is a dream! We went last week of April 2025. Rooms are a little worn out, can use some remodel /furniture upgrades, but from the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning location, right on the beach with breathtaking views. But what really sets this place apart is the warm, welcoming atmosphere created by the staff. Everyone greets you with a genuine smile and kindness that you simply don’t find at most hotels in the U.S. One thing we loved was that the staff wear name tags that include their country of origin, it added such a special, global touch. We met people from all over the world, each bringing their own charm and warmth. It felt like a beautiful celebration of cultures, united by top-tier hospitality. The pools are amazing, the whether you’re looking for full sun or a relaxing shaded spot. It felt like being on a Royal Caribbean cruise, with luxurious amenities, perfect weather, and a laid-back vibe. We had lunch at the beachfront restaurant, and it was just unforgettable delicious food, stunning views, and fantastic service. Every bite was great, and the staff were attentive without being overbearing. Even after we checked out, the kindness continued. The hotel held our bags so we could enjoy lunch, relax by the pool, and have one last round of fun as a family. I even charged my phone at the bar while enjoying a drink, everything was thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience. And I have to mention the luxurious white bathrobe in our room, so soft, fresh, and spa-like! I loved it so much but didn’t want to just take it. I was thrilled to find that they offered an older model for sale in their shop, such a great souvenir to take home. This isn’t just a hotel, it’s a full experience. Whether you’re traveling as a couple or with family, you’ll feel welcomed, relaxed, and truly cared for! When we will find a better price we will definitely be back!

The carpet furniture and bathrooms need an upgrade for the price they charge, but loved the location, the VIEW!, staff pools everything compensated the worn out room

The location was excellent, right on Collins Avenue and very accessible. The pool areas were spacious and well laid out, even though they were usually full. The beach was beautiful — the only downside was the seaweed, but that’s pretty common this time of year and hard to avoid.

What I didn’t like was being required to pay $50 per night for valet parking — that felt excessive, especially considering the already high room rates. The dining options, at least for breakfast, were somewhat limited and not clearly advertised. Also, the service from the beach staff in charge of the lounge chairs wasn’t always the friendliest. At times, it seemed like they were either tired or more focused on getting a tip than on providing good customer service.

We had an incredible stay at this hotel—everything was perfect! The staff was outstanding, especially the concierge team. A special mention to Maria at the omelet station during breakfast she was fantastic and Vladimir, who assisted us so professionally throughout our stay. The beach and pool staff were equally attentive and helpful. We highly recommend having lunch or dinner by the pool the burger was juicy and absolutely delicious! Our room was spacious, featuring a large balcony and a relaxing hot tub, which made our vacation even more enjoyable. We had a truly wonderful time and will definitely be coming back to this hotel!

Pool bar and beach bar closes at 5pm. Then you’ll have to go order drinks somewhere else and have food delivered.

The pool area was great. It contained 2 oversized pools , across 2 levels, with ample loungers. The area never felt crowded allowing us to really relax. Beach was great. We had an ocean view Jr. Suite which was clean and very spacious, although the decor was slightly dated. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The morning coffee in the guest hospitality lounge was a really nice touch..we really looked forward to it. Feel that the under 8 rating the property gets is a bit low. Our experience was more of an 8.5 to 9. Very much looking forward ro our return visit.

The Lobby felt a bit cramped. We did not have hot water in the shower one day..but maintenance quickly resolved the issue.

Very attentive and friendly staff. The location of the hotel is excellent. The pool is clean despite the fact that there is a sandy beach nearby. Visually, the hotel is very beautiful, the lobby, the cafe and the pool area.

The room we got had very old repairs and furniture. Although, we had a suite with an ocean view. This is probably the biggest minus in the hotel. In the pool area, the door to the women's toilet was broken and there was a funny notice on it "knock before entering". I think this is unacceptable! And it's a pity that the hotel does not have its own parking near the building.
