Comfortable beds, nice and clean, staff friendly.and helpful. Good location to explore that side of LA. Nice places to eat locally as well.

Not a negative really, but it would have been nice for the hottub to be running but it is off over the winter

The property has a history of.. both Elvis and Tina turner stayed here ! … it’s located next to the iconic Gaslamp venue plus it’s clean,comfortable and close to just about everything .. HB and LB are 20 minutes apart and you’ve got access to so much right in walking distance of the hotel

There are areas that are currently under construction which would’ve been nice to know prior but they were minor inconveniences .. the hot tub isn’t in operation right now but the pool more than makes up for it and honestly you want to be at the beach anyway

The pool area was very inviting, the room was very comfortable and overall everything was accesible

The lady at the reception desk, very rude not even a hello or welcome but a complain that her coworker will be late and she will be stuck with all the check in people, and right next to me it was a lady complaining that her room was very dirty, that she needed a second shower to clean her feet after jumping out the shower, I didn’t take a chance and wore sleepers and sandals all the time.

I really enjoy this hotel this is my second weekend in a row I went there. the staff is friendly and environment is relaxed me and my lady really like this place I recommend to stay here

we were running late on check out and only received a 30 minute grace period of extended Stay. now idk about everyone else but how many females can get ready in 30 minutes. if you would do a hour extended check out this place would of been perfect 👌 besides that I highly recommend coming here.

Located on the PCH on the outskirts of Long Beach near Seal Beach walking distance from Ralph supermarket and The Gaslamp diner/ music venue. The room (2 queen size beds) was big with a balcony facing the garden and pool. Fridge/ microwave available for use and a coffee machine. Soap bar,Shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion were provided (big bottles pump style) and were of great quality and smells really nice. Air con was good. Our room was 255 so second floor (no one on top) & at the back which was great as really quiet. Stayed 10 nights and had 10 nights of great sleep as beds were very comfortable. Laundry room with 2 WM & 2 dryers which cost $4 each (pay by card only) and you can buy a washing pod for $2 from reception. (So $10 to wash and dry) Pool is heated and there are 8 sun loungers and some table and chairs. Jacuzzi available too. A female squirrel has become a pet and will come to take monkey nuts from your hand, very friendly.

Floor is carpet in the room and really need a carpet wet cleaner as vacuum cleaning is not enough any more. When walking barefooted, our feet were dirty after showering even though we took our shoes off on entering the room. The room are not cleaned nor replenish with coffee/ towels etc…unless you request it at reception and then sometimes they forget. You have to constantly get coffee, cups etc from reception too.

WE came down from las Vegas to go deep sea fishing for my spouse birthday the hotel was easy to find and their customer service was amazing staff was helpful and very nice even though the hotel is old it is well kept has a very nice garden area and pool are quiet chill type of atmosphere close to the beach just a short drive down the road, we had a balcony up high overlooking the pool and enjoyed sitting outside in the evening after our day adventures

Great location, interior courtyard area is well kept. Pool is refreshing. Everyone at the front desk were kind and helpful.

Needs some updating or a good paint job. We understand not having housekeeping daily since people dont want to work since the pandemic. But, it was hard to get clean towels for one day of our stay. Asked at the desk, they were out. Called desk next morning they said ok but an hour later still nothing. Asked housekeeper in hall, she will ask another housekeeper. Asked guy walking down hall with a load of dirty towels, got the brush off. Finally got some towels but it took over an hour.

Great location. Friendly staff. Large clean rooms. We got two rooms and they put us next door to one another with a connecting door. So that was nice for us to spread out and still hang out with our other group.

The balcony’s were a bit outdated and sketchy but decent view.

Room was a lovely size, with 2 balconies, an extra large bed, microwave and fridge. The staff (2 gentlemen, wish I could remember their names) who checked us in were lovely. Pool area was nice, with some tables, chairs and sunbeds. If you are on a budget and looking for somewhere reasonably priced, I would recommend this property - I would definitely stay here again.

I can't say I didn't like it, but have always been put off by the appearance of motel-type properties from the outside. This experience changed my mind completely and I will definitely consider this type of property in the future and look at the rooms and facilities before writing them off.

The young female (I wish I caught her name) who checked us in was so pleasant and really made us feel right at home.

We were there 2 days and no housekeeping. When we got back from our fishing trip on Monday at 5pm we expected to have fresh towels, trash picked up, and a new bag for the ice bucket but no housekeeping was done. Then, on check out day housekeeping wakes us up at 9am to see if we checked out yet so they can clean the room! Where the heck were they the day before?
