Loved the place! Very clean, pleasant and convenient.

The Parking cost ($45) felt excessive.

The location is great.

The cost, and this is partially Booking.com's issue. The room was held at approximately 150.00 a night. I arrived to find there was no parking, you had to pay another 38.00 a day to valet. They only offered street parking, and there is none, or the valet. Also, there was a 92.00 tax charge each night. In all, instead of a budget of 300.00, the actual price for two nights is about 490.00. Booking.com should explain this, and should not list "parking" as part of the cost. Instead, mention "no parking except for valet."

Th e staff could not have been nicer or more accommodating. The valet service was quick and efficient. The hotel was very clean and decorated nicely. Area conveniently located.

The bed was a bit firm for my taste The room rather small but the thing I liked the least was not having a dresser or even cubicles for clothes and what closet it had was very small. I also did not like how long it took the shower to heat up, as in exceptionally long. I have stayed at hotels all over the world and this shower took the LONGEST. Had I been there for business that would have been a huge issue for me but as I was there for leisure, time did not really matter but still annoying.

Staff were incredible, we checked in here after our flight from LAX was cancelled at midnight, and they checked us in with no fuss, allowed a later check out and were very accommodating. The hotel is about a 10 min taxi from the airport. The rooms are large, lovely amenities (Aesop etc) comfy mattress, and a stunning pool area which we enjoyed while waiting for our rescheduled flight. Great little on-site restaurant, delicious breakfast and lunch, and drinks delivery to pool area.

Great location for accessing the LES. Very nice and comfortable room with everything I needed and i enjoyed just being able to come and go with a door code and no fuss. The staff were very friendly and present without being in any way intrusive.

Only minor complaint would be the slippery mattress protector meant my sheets came off every night which was kind of uncomfortable- and the pillows were very firm and over stuffed which again made for a bad nights sleep- but that’s the lottery with hotel beds!

I was visiting LMU, so the hotel was in a great location. I love the hotel's style, and the beds are comfortable. I was a flight attendant for 29 years, and hands down, it has the best shower of any hotel I’ve ever visited. Also, if you do not want to valet your car, you can find parking on the street. They offer free coffee in the morning. They also have a coffee bar where you can order specialty coffee.

I didn’t like that the valet was $50 a day.

The hotel was pretty nice. A few items such as the door latch was a bit worn with a fresh coat of paint slapped on it. Outside of that, the hotel was really nice and all of the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.

I really wish there was a pet relief area somewhere around the hotel. Currently, you have to walk your pet down the road to the crosswalk and walk them around the park across the street.

Good soundproof room, well appointed, with very good bathroom and shower. Swimming pool and outdoor area were great. Grocery store right next door. Great staff!

Expensive parking, good but expensive food. Absurd (alcoholic) drink prices.

Stayed here to be close to SoFi for a concert; loved it. Very comfortable bed, clean and minimalist room. Loved the large vanity and space to place toiletries in the bathroom. Did not get to enjoy the pool area, but would come back to do so. Great food and drinks at the Caravan Swim Club.

Came back late from a concert, and there was a shortage of snacks in the lobby.

A great space always! The staff is nice, the place is great, the pool is really a vibe, There is a store behind you if you need anything. The staff brought me a microwave one day and an extra blanket another day. They are always flexible and open to help.

The closet space is small. It can't be helped.
