Loved the place! Very clean, pleasant and convenient.

The Parking cost ($45) felt excessive.

The location is great.

The cost, and this is partially Booking.com's issue. The room was held at approximately 150.00 a night. I arrived to find there was no parking, you had to pay another 38.00 a day to valet. They only offered street parking, and there is none, or the valet. Also, there was a 92.00 tax charge each night. In all, instead of a budget of 300.00, the actual price for two nights is about 490.00. Booking.com should explain this, and should not list "parking" as part of the cost. Instead, mention "no parking except for valet."

The room was a double and it was spacious enough for two travelers. It was clean, plenty of outlets, and the bathroom was nice. We also liked the products they used for body wash, shampoo, hand soap, etc. The property is simple, but very stylish. It's a short distance from LAX, there are many shops, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. a short walk away. So, if you've been worn out by the LA traffic, you can grab dinner and drinks nearby. We usually ate breakfast off property, but there's a cafe onsite and the food smelled pretty good. The staff are really friendly and helpful, especially the valets! We loved chatting with them while picking up or dropping off our rental.

Nothing that is within their control. We visited in May and would have liked to enjoy the pool, but it's outdoors and while it is heated, we preferred not to get out and be cold. Again, not really on them, great stay.

Th e staff could not have been nicer or more accommodating. The valet service was quick and efficient. The hotel was very clean and decorated nicely. Area conveniently located.

The bed was a bit firm for my taste The room rather small but the thing I liked the least was not having a dresser or even cubicles for clothes and what closet it had was very small. I also did not like how long it took the shower to heat up, as in exceptionally long. I have stayed at hotels all over the world and this shower took the LONGEST. Had I been there for business that would have been a huge issue for me but as I was there for leisure, time did not really matter but still annoying.

Staff were incredible, we checked in here after our flight from LAX was cancelled at midnight, and they checked us in with no fuss, allowed a later check out and were very accommodating. The hotel is about a 10 min taxi from the airport. The rooms are large, lovely amenities (Aesop etc) comfy mattress, and a stunning pool area which we enjoyed while waiting for our rescheduled flight. Great little on-site restaurant, delicious breakfast and lunch, and drinks delivery to pool area.

Great location for accessing the LES. Very nice and comfortable room with everything I needed and i enjoyed just being able to come and go with a door code and no fuss. The staff were very friendly and present without being in any way intrusive.

Only minor complaint would be the slippery mattress protector meant my sheets came off every night which was kind of uncomfortable- and the pillows were very firm and over stuffed which again made for a bad nights sleep- but that’s the lottery with hotel beds!

Nice breakfast and pool areas. Comfortable beds. Manager Mauricio provides professional and kind attention.

Valet parking and pet charges are so expensive. I received my car with big bird feces on the windshield and a door from the valet. Booking.com doesn't provide complete info about those costs.

I was visiting LMU, so the hotel was in a great location. I love the hotel's style, and the beds are comfortable. I was a flight attendant for 29 years, and hands down, it has the best shower of any hotel I’ve ever visited. Also, if you do not want to valet your car, you can find parking on the street. They offer free coffee in the morning. They also have a coffee bar where you can order specialty coffee.

I didn’t like that the valet was $50 a day.

First of all: This hotel had the best shower of any hotel I've ever stayed in. Fantastic water pressure. 10/10 Great location, really close to LAX (our reason for staying here) but also just a short drive from Venice and Abbot Kinney Boulevard for shopping and eating. Super clean room, decently spacious, nice staff.

The hotel was pretty nice. A few items such as the door latch was a bit worn with a fresh coat of paint slapped on it. Outside of that, the hotel was really nice and all of the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.

I really wish there was a pet relief area somewhere around the hotel. Currently, you have to walk your pet down the road to the crosswalk and walk them around the park across the street.
