We really enjoyed the breakfast they included. We were super appreciative of the fans they had on hand that cooled our room down. We stayed there over 100 degree days and the air conditioner in our room just wasn't pushing the air through. We asked for a fan and they brought it up quickly! This was great! We booked two full beds with a pull out couch for our 5 member family. We were really comfortable with the space and thankful for the couch. The couch mattress wasn't too comfy, but for young children it didn't slow them down. They full beds were comfortable for all the adults.

We swam in the pool towards evening. The pool area needs to be lit better with lights. It was a little concerning when folks were jumping in and not everyone could be seen well.

The staff is phenomenal. The courtyards and steps are constantly being cleaned and the property maintained. Everything is tended to. The breakfast staff and food is wonderful!!

I didn’t like that we had to check out and leave the property for one night after the 20th consecutive night. This was extremely inconvenient, not to mention hard on our health. My mom and I both have health issues, so having to remove all of our things and vacate the property for 24 hours only to return the following day was very nightmarish. I believe that corporate can figure out a different way to handle extended stay vs. squatters. Signing a waiver, or contract stating that new payments will be made every twentieth day, or something like that, would be beneficial for the property, as well as the good intentioned guests. Bc honestly, having to vacate for 24 hours is absolutely insane.

The location was excellent. Folks at the customer service desk were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was good and the facilities were clean and very well organized.

Better signage for parking. For those staying in rooms closer to the Enterprise Car Rental side of the building, it's not very clear that stalls adjacent to Bear Western are designated for Enterprise. The customer service was very kind in the way they informed us that we needed to move our vehicle, and offered convenient alternative parking areas. The only other thing was the lack of signage directing us to the elevator. That would be helpful too. Neither issue would keep me from staying again.

We had a scheduled event and this was the perfect location for getting there. It was easy to find the only thing I would change is if u offered a late check out. Our event was at 4:00 pm and we were left with alot of time to fill. There are alot of things to see in the area but not being familiar with the area we didn't want to get to far off track but the hotel was great. We like to stay at Best Western and usually do out of town. Will be there again this week-end in Livermore. Just love it

Not much the check-in was easy so was the check out. The room was clean and comfortable. I can't really think of anything that we didn't like.

The breakfast was just mediocre. Typical hotel breakfast with dry eggs and potatoes. The waffle makers always popular even though I didn’t use the waffle maker. when it got close to the end there was no butter and things were not going to be restocked because it was too close to the end. They were very prompt closing the doors that’s for sure. And then on Monday, the breakfast was over at 9 AM. I think that’s way too early for travelers who aren’t traveling on business

The breakfast room person was nice enough, but a little irritated when I asked for the butter when the butter was all gone. The front desk checking in was very nice, but on the checkout when all I needed to do is drop off my key, I asked a question and the front desk person was surly at best & made a comment about how they were very glad to see a large group of people checking out. There definitely were not enough handicap spaces. After arriving back one evening after having been out, I literally had to park about a quarter of a mile away from where I could enter to my room.. I know the hotel is full and parking was at a premium, but a few more handicap spaces at the front would’ve been appreciated.

I chose this motel because it was located close to the office I was working out of. I splurged a little to get the King room with a jacuzzi tub and it was definitely worth it. The room was clean and spacious with a mattress that was a good middle ground between soft and firm. The tub was clean and deep and the hot water never ran out.

The back (main) parking lot wasn’t well lit and the shower curtain was more for show because water went all over the floor. Also, I struggled to get to the wall plug in order to charge my phone.

Family friendly hotel as had gone with my family and a small dog Good checkin experience and staff was good. Breakfast was good and supporting staff was very helpful Room was spacious enough and very clean Bed was very comfy Towels were soft and clean Good parking space Good brand of toiletries Good location and easy acccess to restaurants and also you can order thru the room.

Room with 2 queen beds are a separated by a bathroom does have only one Air conditioner/heater. Hence one of the rooms is warmer/colder without a fan. Wish they provide a fan in these rooms. Bathrooms are a bit dated but clean. Overall it feels more like a motel than a 2 star hotel but rest everything is good.

Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was superb. Fantastic choices.

I booked a disability room, rechecked at reception and was assured that I was getting the proper style room. Instead I was allocated a room the greatest distance from reception. There were no facilities for a disabled guest. I was not able to walk back up to the front desk to complain to the most unpleasant receptionist I have even had the misfortune to encounter.

Great breakfast - and seriously delicious biscuit and gravy. Bed and room was comfy - large bathroom. Nicely kept pool - water was a little cold. Overall we enjoyed this hotel - they had a few very nice touches like AM breakfast (that was good), nachos and bar open in the early evening.

Scrambled eggs from a dry formula - didn't taste like eggs. Prefer even hard boiled eggs or small fee for the breakfast.

Great breakfast offered, location was close to our activity. The large gathering sitting area. The morning checkout staff was friendly and helpful. Lots of available parking.

The pool area needs maintenance and clean up. There were older damaged lounge chairs the couldn't be used. Landscaping needed on the trees. A little TLC to the area would make it great.
