The location was good and they provided a shuttle to cruise port.

Being Hilton owned we expected more. The facilities were old and poorly maintained. Was overpriced and staff very non caring. Early check in was a $50.00 charge even after I communicated weeks ago requesting an early check in which they agreed to with no mention of a fee. They even offered a shuttle to attractions in our earlier communication but after we got there they did not. We ended up walking to nearby attractions and took an Uber back. 5 miles walking. The restaurant was too small for the capacity of the hotel. Breakfast was very good but wait very long. Wait staff was great considering being overwhelmed. The room was nice enough but carpet needed cleaning and lighting in bathroom was poor. Elevator was in need of service !!

Beautiful hotel by the waterfront love the bartender she was awesome 👏 the food was great and the hotel stay was amazing nice clean room bathroom clean my view was the marina beautiful I went there before my cruise stay two days before they have a van that takes you to the port where the ship is just make sure to get on the list when you check in if your going on a cruise 🚢 the front desk was amazing very helpful I love this hotel

They need more food variety in the bar restaurant area more specials on food and drinks

spacious room with mini fridge, balcony was amazing. view of harbor was beautiful. clean grounds, lots of room in lobby and public spaces. Pool and hot tub available with fitness center. distance to ports for cruise was great and the shuttle was a wonderful bonus.

while the snack shop was a nice option the pricing was very high in comparison to other hotels. Noisy room above main lobby but very spacious , clean rooms.

Hilton San Pedro was the perfect location to stay at the night before our cruise. The hotel has a free shuttle that will take you to the port (you need to reserve your spots in advance). As for the hotel itself, our room was spacious and had a beautiful view of the yachts. The restaurant staff were friendly and given there is not much nearby otherwise in terms of restaurants or stores, we enjoyed the selection e.g., fish tacos, fried cauliflower, etc.

I liked the free shuttle there and back from the event.

Wanted to come back to the room and watch the baseball game. But the tv did not work. They said they would send someone. No one ever came. Also charged for parking. A little ridiculous considering I already spent $500 for one night for 1 room. Housekeeping was knocking on our door at 8 am on a Sunday. I was hoping to sleep in. That didn’t happen.

Clean, comfortable, good location. Excellent support from Elizabeth at the front desk in dealing with the protest issue below. Overall the hotel treated us fairly, compensating for our inconvenience and relocating us to a different room for our second night. Bartender Michelle was great.

Hotel apparently been experiencing noisy and disruptive protests by a hotel contractor since last June using drums, whistles and loud chanting. Staff reports they are unaware when they will occur. In our case lasting about 2 hours starting at ~4 pm our first day followed by ~1 hour which awakened us at 7 am the next morning. Luckily, the protests did not recur. Not at all what we expect from a Hilton branded hotel.

The setting was beautiful. The hotel was spotlessly clean

The hotel supplied a coffee pot. Great but the problem was there was no where to plug it in. Thus utterly useless. Most of electrical outlets for recharging phones and computers did not work. The only outlet that worked was next to the bed and only accommodated one device. If not for this inconvenience I Wouk have given the hotel an excellent rating.

The room was nice, we got the upgrade at 50% discount. Good breakfast on site. Plenty of free parking.

Unfortunately, there was a hotel worker union protest going on inside and around the hotel grounds while we were eating breakfast. They were very noisy, but the hotel comped our meals on request.

Breakfast was fine. No, too many choices to cover your coupons. I used many in one day I eat good for breakfast is my main principle meal for the day.

The cost was pricey. Also, I found a bug in the roof that I couldn’t killed in my first day. And, in my last day I saw 👀 another bug bigger and I called the office and they came and killed.

It was convent to the cruise ship

Staff check in person was not very helpful. She told us the only shuttle to the cruise ship was at8 and 1. This would cause us to miss our check in tine9 or be 4 hours to early. Next morning I went to the lobby and shuttle person got us on a 930 shuttle.He was great.
