Old hotel but very clean and comfortable. Staff was excellent. Was late for breakfast in the morning and when the staff saw I was looking for for food she went into the kitchen and brought me what she had left. Very kind staff. Asked for extra towels and they were there as soon as I got back to my room.

Getting in the parking lot was a challenge but you can see they are working on it

We love staying here when traveling to ponchatoula for a taekwondo tournament!! Love the area and all the food/shopping choices around. Very friendly staff and good choices for breakfast in the mornings!!

My only complaint (which is not much at all) is the entrance to the hotel. I wish it was a little easier to get in the hotel from both sides of the road.

Very difficult to get the military discount. Booked hotel on internet, no military discount mentioned. Upon check-in, inquired on whether there was a military discount at the hotel. Informed yes there is, but because I booked it on-line, I could not alter the reservation to receive it. The night clerk said maybe it could be done but she did not know how, ask the property manager in the morning. We did, she verified that we acted properly, that she would get us the discount, and that her night clerk should have known how to handle this when we checked in.

A/C good… also beds and it was clean. Good breakfast.

Didn’t feel completely safe… asked for lower level room said noted but when got there no lower level rooms available kinda misleading since we booked on relatively short notice. No pool at this property.

Beds looked cleaned and no mess in the room. Staff was very nice.

I think it needs an update. Door knobs on bath falling off. Walls look like they need a paint job and the tubs were stained. The sink faucets lose. The outside could use a clean up too. The tv and the lights were on when we arrived like someone was already in there.

Mrs penny at the desk was very friendly and helpful and we were happy to have her there for us

Only complaint was the noise from the traffic and ambulances and cop cars very busy area but right next to all the best stores and restaurants

The front desk lady was really nice. My room location was just what I hoped for. The hotel is old so it shows some wear, but my room was very clean and that's what I cared about. Door was hard to open, but that may be user error.

The door was hard to open, and the tv was hard to figure out. Two remotes didn't know what each was for.

Easy location to access. I was kinda nervous because some of the reviews talked about the noise from the truck stop and the road but it did not bother us at all! Great area located near a few different fast food restaurants and shopping! Loved the breakfast!!! Will definitely stay here again!!!

It was located near a lot of shopping plazas and food. Right next to a gas station. The staff was Friendly.

The television kept disconnecting from wifi. No Microwave in room.
