The only problem that I had was that I mistakenly left very expensive glasses in back of the night stand because they fell off the night stand. I called the property several times right after and the desk clerk gave me the run around and never called me back. I called back several times throughout the week and could never get a solid answer on them looking for them. Very disappointed with desk clerks but property was nice

Once we arrive for our stay, we're greeted by a beautiful host for the night who checked us in. Our room was spacious with two queen beds. The room was clean throughout. There was a small microwave and refrigerator with two cold, complimentary bottles of water and amenities in the restroom to clean.

One problem I experienced was that the card I used to check in was charged twice. The hotel supervisor handled the issue on Monday due to the holiday weekend and I didn't discoved the charges until the weekend. Please check your statements for whatever card you use for your stay.

I love the location, and the staff was really nice. There was a dark skin lady with locs, she was really nice.

Property was great, I would have like a blackout/privacy curtain which I didn’t have. I think the property owners should remove the carpet, it has a smell, not a stinky smell, but just not fresh. They could use some updates.

We like to Jacuzzi the cleanliness of the room, and the bed was very comfortable

The casino attached to it seemed outdated. The members card would not work on some of the games. and did not have no poker games video or table games. and the door leading from the casino back to the hotel. When you put your room key in the door would not work we had to walk around outside to get back to our room.

The breakfast was fresh and adequate. The atmosphere was clean, tidy and well-kept.

The indoor pool was not well maintained, but it is winter. Looked like it needed to be shocked with chemicals. But the rest of the facility was clean, tidy and well-maintained.

I was so hot from the night before. I didn't eat breakfast I was ready to go home

Well 1st of all. My room was not ready til after 5. The ac didn't work, there was long blonde hair stuck on my socks guess no one vacuumed and there was but a lil tissue in the bathroom. I was every disappointed.

Breakfast included, location was close to everything and rooms were quiet. Two tvs were a plus. The small seating area in front of the hotel was nice to drink coffee and most of the staff were very hospitable.

Had to ask for bed linens for the sofa sleeper and they gave us 1 pillow and 2 flat sheets. No blanket. AC in our room didn't keep the room cool and it was cooler outside than in our room. The cost of the room was way overpriced. But we had to have something to fit two adults one teenager and three young children and there was nothing else available but two nights was $515.

The local was great. We passed on breakfast today but we did enjoy it the 2 times we stayed

Heard out neighbors when they came in or got up the next morning. They got quite fast.

Room was wonderful. Was able to set the a/c low to get the room cool.....employees were nice and courtesies. Breakfast was delicious too.

The temp throughout the hotel. (Outside my room) Was warm and not cool on a very hot day. Was hard for me to breath with long walks to get anywhere in hotel during renovation.

Very clean, spacious rooms, nice pool, comfortable beds and pillows, soft towels, clean room and facilities, friendly staff, good location, very cold fridge. Quiet rooms. Plenty of lighting and outlets.

The water was lukewarm and the jets didn't work in the jacuzzi. The elevator was a bit scary and shakes when it reach your floor. Breakfast was mediocre.
