We chose the location because it was very near to the bus stop for easy city access. Pleasingly, staff (especially Catherine at front desk) were helpful and friendly, the room was fine and breakfast was good. There was a pub and a good Thai restaurant nearby that provided options for evening meals.

The hotel is built over a major freeway and traffic noise was significant, in spite of double-glazed windows. There was some sort of noise device in the room to attenuate the traffic sound, but not sure how it worked, and it just seemed more annoying than helpful when we briefly tried it.

Nice hotel. Excellent staff. Everyone was helpful and nice.

The only issue we had was when we came in late after a Red Sox game and my husband dropped me off while he parked in the garage. I needed to call him to let him know I left the phone in the car. The front desk guy had to look up to make sure I was a guest. It took five minutes. I even showed him my key. He refused to let me use phone until his computer worked to show I was a guest. My husband made it back to front desk before I could call. This was our fourth night in the hotel.

I felt very safe (woman traveling alone), room was very spacious and very clean, staff was very, very friendly, location it was a bit difficult to reach by car as you need a sharp left turn for the driveway leading up to the hotel and garage (so you need to be on that lane most to the left on a very busy street). Price was pretty high (but probably something going on in the area) as all hotel rooms in the greater Boston were very expensive for that night.

Breakfast could be a bit healthier, it was really focussed on muffins, bread and waffles. I would have appreciated some more fresh fruit, more yoghurts and more choice of cereals. And for a Sheraton I would expect in the breakfast room a good coffee machine that makes individual coffees.

Friendly staff, the room was clean and comfortable. The toilet was clean with an excellent hot shower. Good breakfast, with the option of hot or continental. A nice restaurant was situated behind the reception, which we only used on one occasion due to other commitments. The meal we did have was nice, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

There is nothing to mention.

Nice variety of options for breakfast, although the dining area is small and can be very hectic during service. The gym is 24 hours which is great. The bed was very comfortable and bedroom was clean.

It’s a little bit further out from the city than expected, however, there are some bus routes nearby. The highway traffic is very noticeable so if you’re a light sleeper, avoid! Reception staff were rude and very unhelpful. I also didn’t receive my breakfast vouchers on check in so I got hassle both morning!

Great location to get around. Simple but well thought functionality served i.e. snack bars, a microwave, water fountain, Coffee/Tee maker and a cold drink station at the lobby. Front desk poeple are very friendly and caring; they changd a flavor of flavored-water at the cold drink station every day as well as they placed hot coffee in the morning and replaced with the cold drink station.

Pool hours were 7am to 10pm. Wish it was from 6am.

Convenient to Newton North high school, restaurant “Social” was very good, rooms were clean, staff friendly

Restaurant was very good but super slow, AC was not that cool, there was a very big family reunion that took over everything & spent a lot of time in all the areas including the breakfast area for all of the space, breakfast had a wide range of food but was not a lot of gluten free options, omelets were not very good, sausage was very salty

The the lady which is the supervisor of the reception she was rude with us . When we were checking in the credit card wasn’t working we asked her to pay in cash or to wait until we solve this problem but she asked us to leave the hotel and that there are another hotels around i can go there … i said no iam not gonna leave because i have a reservation then i called my cousin and he came in and solve the payment problem

Easy to find and having the coffee machine and hot water for tea made it very convenient not interrupting people who were eating.

In the evening I noticed that the different teas were gone, I like drinking tea at nite, glad I had tea in my room, which was a courtesy from the hotel!

We didn’t sign up for the breakfast. The front desk staff folks were adequate. Not very friendly. Our room was extremely noisy with the highway right out our window and under us.

Quieter. We reserved a king room. Upon arrival she told us she had a double queen and was offish when we insisted on a king.
