This fresh, boutique hotel has a welcoming and pleasant staff which cordially invite you to a refreshed and modern facility. It is located across from a great running area near ward 3 with Trader Joe’s and Starbucks only 3 blocks away. The rooms are nicely appointed and extremely clean.

An unexpected “activity fee” of $35 was charged upon arrival. This should be put in the room price so that guests know the true room rental costs before booking.

good value alternative for trips to Harvard Uni that requires stay overs.

frankly, I didnt like the property charging for parking. the way the property is laid out..etc. It didnt make much sense. There is abubdant parking possibilities in the vicinity (on the river bank as well as star market behind the hotel), it doesnt make sense for thr hotel to go to lenghts to provide parking passes etc to residents. Compared to my last stay breakfast was a bit weaker. Hotel now serves breakfast on the front lounge and observing people having food on pingpong table wasnt particularly nice - considering simply all the space property has around the middle courtyard...etc.

The complimentary breakfast bagels and croissants were stellar. The front desk staff is so professional, courteous and helpful. The housekeeping team cleans beautifully. Loved the white noise machine in the room: nice touch!!!

I do wish there was greek yogurt (like Chobani) and unflavored oat packets for those if us avoiding excess sugar, Parking was paid and there seemed to be loads of it. I do wish- at this price point it was included in the daily rate. There is a beer garden in the lobby/ ground floor area which can get pretty loud. The hotel was awesome abt getting the party over at a reasonable time… the crowd was a bit intimidating as we entered the property.

Everything was amazing except the bathroom - it was clean and well organized, but the water pressure on the shower head was not great (maybe due to its age? It definitely looked like it was from the 80s or 90s) and the shower pipe was not bolted to the wall properly, and we found 1 ant alive in the sink, though it could have come from anywhere. Otherwise our stay was great, the beds were comfortable, the staff was friendly and our room was well soundproofed. The lobby was also well maintained. We liked the convenience of the small distance of the hotel to the venue we were attending and how easy it was to get to and from there.

to find a refrigerator in the room. i didn't recall seeing this when i booked. the breakfast was very welcome although as a tea drinker i found the "hot" water was in a flask which didn't stay hot long. I loved the vibe around the reception and bar area it was a nice change from the usual form of reception areas. altogether I was really happy with my stay and congratulations to staff.

the lack of public transport in the area but i had a lovely taxi driver who showed up each morning to show me around thank you Osama

The room was very spacious and spotlessly clean. It was also quiet at night, which made for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was a simple continental style, but it had everything we needed. Totally it exceeded my expectations.

The door seemed a little old and needed some extra effort to close. I was just a bit concerned that the noise might disturb other guests. v n

The room was made up every day. We asked for extras(towels, toilet tissue etc.) and they complied immediately. Excellent Parking (covered). Location is great. Staff were very helpful. Drinking water and ice was easily available. Good play area in the reception area with pool and Table Tennis.

Toilet door is sliding and leaves a gap in the end. This was a sort of inconvenience. Breakfast was good but lacked variety. This can easily be changed if they want.

Neighborhood was a little industrial and on a very busy road. Not really walking around area, except there is a beautiful park on the Charles River across the highway. Fortunately there was a pedestrian overpass about a block away. Otherwise there are no crosswalks. The hotel itself was fine - the bed extremely comfortable and the room very clean. It could have used a comfortable chair for lounging/reading. The lobby is interesting, very pop culture like, but the seating is comfortable. the Coffee was meh and wasn't available until 6:30 am. That's kind of late for early risers. :)

Busy road, no crosswalks. Parking and drop off area is super tight. Not alot happening in the neighborhood, not so walkable.

The welcome by Lucas was great and he made us feel at home and explained the various connections as we were there for a specific purpose. Extremely helpful person and he volunteered to help us find our room as it was late at night and we were on the South side.

The breakfast on our first day. The orange juice was not filed for nearly 20 mins, The fried potatoes were over for nearly 20 mins. Actually I think there was a shortage of staff or the one person appointed was busy in the kitchen

Room was clean and spacious, and.beds were super comfy. Nice big tv. Handy to have a small fridge in the room. The breakfast was included and was pretty basic but had everything we needed. Location was a bit far out of the centre and not many restaurants nearby that we found, but there was a big supermarket across the road that was really handy. Overall we had a great stay 🙂

It was quite expensive for what you got, although it was cheaper than other hotels that we looked at in the area. It seems to be expensive generally to stay in Boston! The air conditioning in the room was quite noisy.
