Fresh berries in a buffet. Nothing ever ran out in the buffet and everyone was catered to. Elaine is warm and efficient. Cida is professional and welcoming. Hank is a gentle beast. Michelle, Caroline, Wilson and Kevin are lovely. Saida in Housekeeping is a super star. The Housekeeping staff overall are the best. The cooking facilities were excellent, and groceries accessible from a nearby Target. The room and bed were comfortable and the bathroom was just the right size. Ubers arrive within ten minutes. Suburbs like Norwood are under 15 minutes away. Boston takes around 40 minutes by car. It is a perfect central location in a quiet suburb with lovely people. Very safe. Very clean. Nothing lacking.

Air conditioner goes on and off at night at intervals.

I was placed in a spacious room that allowed me to do yoga, work at a spacious desk, get ready for my event in a spacious bathroom, when booking.com didn't tell them about my extra day, they were very courteous and helpful. Great place all around!!!I had to leave

The water smell in toilet, I'm sure it's not their fault but it was foul smelling. The bathroom door continuously shut on its own, and the desk drawer involuntarily slid open daily.

The room that I booked was so well laid out. The kitchen although small was functional and stocked well with basic kitchen equipment. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was versatile and yummy. I especially enjoyed the cooked oatmeal! I would choose this hotel again if I were to visit the area in the future.

Really friendly and helpful reception staff, housekeeping also friendly. Nice big room with lots of storage capacity and kitchenette.

Location from Boston centre was a little further than I thought, took over an hour each way. Occasionally, the floor in the main corridor was dirty with cereal and crumbs, bedroom floor also not clean on arrival, but minor.

Great location! Great Value for our family. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. It was also nice not to have to pay for parking.

No real complaints. The only criticism would be the 110 Grill restaurant next door was ok not great. I know we got the food to go but expected it be better.

This hotel exceeded expectations. Staff was very friendly and helpful, beautiful suite which was better than I had expected. Very convenient location just off highway.

Honestly nothing. I was on vacation with family, and visiting other family, so maybe 11 am breakfast close instead of 10 am? Yes, I slept in. I earned it!

My room was like a tiny, perfectly appointed apartment. It was cozy and very functional with a huge desk and a TV that swiveled between the bed and seating are (that had a couch). I only stayed one night, but this would be excellent for a longer stay (which I know Residence Inn hotels are designed for!).

I really had no complaints. The location is on an access road, but for me, it was perfect because my office is two minutes away.

The room was fantastic, clean,bed was great,bathroom was awesome. The breakfast was nothing short of fantastic, great eggs,fresh fruit,yogurt,best breakfast I've ever had in all the hotels I've ever stayed at.

I liked that the breakfast hours and pool hours were longer than most. The breakfast was very good,too.

I didn't like there were screaming young kids in the room next to us and parents that didn't seem to care, but that's not the hotels fault.

The place was huge and when I asked for a bathtub because I had requested one through booking.com they upgraded my room for free which included an extra bed

They don't have a larger selection of amenities like snacks. I needed apple juice for my daughter but they only had OJ which all 5 bottles were expired. But staff got me some apple juice from the kitchen
