The breakfast was delicious. Mattresses were very comfortable and the pillows as well. Staff was very nice. Everything was a positive experience except the bathroom.

Everything was a positive experience except the bathroom. No protective skid pads in tub. I was traveling with my 83yr old sister and climbing of the high tub and stepping into a tub with no none skid mat is dangerous. Some hotels have walk in showers which are safer. And the toilets were very low making it difficult to get up without holding onto the vanity to help pull yourself up. Other than that I found the Hampton Inn Braintree to be a very decent stay.

The location was off the beaten path which was nice yet close to everything. The breakfast was very good, especially the hot foods which can usually fall short at most hotels. We want to especially thank front desk staff member Selena for going the extra mile to assist us in a room change when the hotel was booked. We found ourselves needing a queen room for that extra bed rather than the king room we had and she was able to accommodate us after much ado. Thank you Selena!!

Great breakfast, staff was very friendly and accommodating when I requested an item.

A bit of mold in shower, several uneven and cracked tiles in bathroom that did not feel well on bare feet. Dryer broke while we were there which we needed for baseball clothes covered in mud but it was fixed within 48 hours.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The shuttle service was great - very useful in going to and from Quincy Adams Station. Breakfast was good, much variety and each day something different. The room was clean and comfortable.

The location is far away from any restaurants or stores, however the shuttle is available within a 4 mile radius.

In room coffee maker issue. I usually enjoy tea at end of day, I attempted twice to brew a cup of tea with a tea bag from home but ended up with coffee-grounds in my tea. Microwaveable cup would have solved the issue. The ones provided did not work in microwave.

Pro: Beds were comfortable, staff members were friendly, breakfast was good, room was reasonably quiet, parking was good. Con: The textured dark-colored wall over heads of beds was very dusty! Pool chlorine smell was a bit strong, noticeable when coming and going to the elevator. Sink drained slowly.

It was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, location was perfect for shopping and restaurants. The breakfast was good. I needed an early checkin. They told me in advance they were fully booked so I would have a bit of a wait but they got me on my room quickly.

I had no complaints about my stay.

No conjoined rooms available. Building is dated. Could use some updating. Laundry service was not available. There was a laundry mat nearby we were able to visit. Pool was cloudy

Location Cleaning staff was great with fresh to and made up beds.

Pool and hot tub closed, not notified until we got there. Should have been up front with us or offered a discount. Stop using turkey products instead of pork for breakfast meats. Shower pressure was not consistent. Paint peeling everywhere in bathroom. Also coffee cup lids did not fit cups

I like that there was a pool for the kids and the breakfast was great. Staff were very friendly, very welcoming.

That the water was turned off for 6 hours and we had to evacuate due to a fire alarm at approximately 1:30am.
