We stayed at this hotel while visiting Boston and overall had a good experience. Although it's located a bit outside the city center, the area is still very convenient, with plenty of restaurants nearby. One of the highlights was the on-site parking - at $15 per day, it's reasonably priced compared to Boston standards, and very convenient if you are traveling by car. The breakfast was okay -nothing extraordinary, but it covered the basics and got us ready for the day. All in all, a comfortable stay with a good location and great parking option.

The location of the hotel made it easy to visit Boston and the surrounding neighborhood of Quincy. Furthermore, parking was a really good deal that you could not find anywhere else. The hotel's security was very good, and it made me feel more comfortable than any other hotels that I've been to The heating and cooling system was very helpful and not something that I find in most hotels

Maybe more options for vegetables in the morning buffet like carrots, broccoli. Pillows were okay and could have been more comfortable. The blanket was a little tight for my feet, and I wish it was more loose

The Holiday Inn Express, Quincy was chosen because of the very high hotel prices being charged in downtown Boston and the fact that it was only 200 metres from the North Quincy Red Line subway (metro) station, thus allowing easy cheap access into central Boston each day. We bought a 7-day Charlie Card for the subway, even though we were only staying 3 nights - it worked out cheaper that way and gave us unlimited access to the Boston transport system (including the ferry ride across the harbour). Please note that the subway journey from North Quincy to downtown Boston takes 30 minutes each way - the metro train runs slowly (very slowly) for a journey time that most other USA cities could complete in about 15 minutes. The hotel facilities were exactly as described on the booking.com website - it was a modern clean hotel. Our room was most satisfactory and as a real bonus was the self-help in-house laundry facility - clean clothes at last!! There is no restaurant in this hotel - only a breakfast room where the breakfast was satisfactory, being the standard hot American buffet. However, the reception desk had a list of all the nearby restaurants - a very useful aid. - thank you. The majority of the restaurants were within some 5 minutes walk of the hotel - walk back towards the North Quincy station and then onto the first set of traffic lights and turn right - just after the 7/11 store is the start of the restaurants. Most restaurants are of the fast-food type, but we would like to specifically mention the "Pho Linh" Vietnamese restaurant - we ate there the first night, and my wife made the unsolicited comment of "That is the first meal in the States that I have really enjoyed" - we ate there every subsequent night it was so good. Note that the local Quincy restaurants are far cheaper than those in central Boston!!! For us, the Holiday Inn Express at Quincy proved to be very good value for money for our 3-night Boston stay

No criticisms - we got exactly what was advertised.

4 minute walk to the train station, breakfast was included with stay, rooms were clean & stocked, complimentary water & coffee in lobby, lots of choices for breakfast and they accommodated my request for our rooms being next to each other.

While the breakfast was good & had variety, every morning, they would quickly run out of food & utensils & we would have to alert staff. My mom’s room didn’t get new towels when she asked & just as a suggestion, maybe add a mirror above the desk in the room.

The location to everything was a unbelievable. Stop & Shop, Walmart, the banks, and Target, not to forget Chinatown. My room was perfect and exceeded my expectations in every way. I used the pull out couch for my granddaughter and it was perfect. My second time there and it has become my Boston location when in town.

I got nothing............. I enjoyed my stay.

We stayed here twice, at the beginning and end of a trip to see New England autumn colours. Our rooms were comfortable and clean. There is a supermarket within walking distance so we could take advantage of the microwave in our room. Breakfast was good. After buffet breakfasts in Europe we were surprised that we had to clear our breakfast tables but since then have come across that in most places in this country. There is plenty of parking.

There was noise from other rooms at times. During our first stay we found sometimes the flannels/wash cloths were stained, apparently with makeup. This didn't happen during our second stay.

Location was handy for what we needed, rooms were comfortable. Reception staff very friendly & helpful.

Kitchen staff were struggling, couldn't keep up with crockery & some had bad attitude, seemed unhappy at work. Public areas were dusty & lacking in TLC. Group of teenagers very noisy disturbing our sleep.

Out of all 3 hotels we stayed during this vacation, this offered Halloween Decor and it was awesome. The staff was friendly and helpful. The commentary breakfast was very good., offered warm food, even boiled eggs and all the fixing. It was a good locations, but make sure you add Quincy on the GPS otherwise you go to Boston.

The parking was limited. but the staff helped find parking for the night so koddos to him for working it out.

The location is good for visiting Quincy but a little too far out from Boston central .The train station is close by . Uber to Boston in the range of $15-40 depending on time of day . Staff were friendly and helpful .

Given the cost of the hotel , the breakfast offered is poor quality and ceased serving at 9.30am -too early ! . There is no bar in the hotel or mini bar service. On the Q&A section of booking page they say parking is complimentary - but then I was charged an additional $15 a day to park my car !! Excessive given the cost of the room . The room had a very noisy air conditioner with no remote control - wall mounted control .. The fridge was also noise to the point i had to unplug it . There was construction on the road on the south side of the hotel , yet I was still allocated a room on the side of the hotel nearest the construction noise . Overall , not a great experience .

Good location, clean, comfortable. Good AC, very quiet. Plenty of parking, though its $15 a night to park your car. I thought the breakfast was very good, compared with most hotels in the US. Very good coffee and fresh fruit. My room was really big, nice desk and sofa area. Fridge and microwave in my room. The 5th floor has a laundry room, with around 4 washers and 4 dryers. No charge to use. Just bring your own detergent. I used them once, quick wash was 30 mins, dryer took 40mins for a medium load. Great facility in this day and age of travelling light.

I gave 9 out of 10. They lost the point as they charge extra for parking.
