Airport shuttle was very helpful. Breakfast was great and it really paid off to get the voucher ahead as it was much more convenient expensive on site. Check-in was smooth and staff was very friendly

We were 4 in a double queen room. Room came with 2 towels and 3 pillows on each bed. Also 2 small waters. Basically it would have been nice if they adjusted the accommodations for our group size.

The staff was very helpful, the room was nicely equipped, and we enjoyed the water bottles in the room. The beds were comfortable and we had excellent service. It was very quiet and the air conditioner was excellent.

There were no USB outlets, and it is always nice to have a complimentary breakfast but that was not available. Parking was a bit of a challenge and took quite a while for us to find a place to park. The surrounding area is not a place I would walk around alone at night.

Quiet and Clean. Moreover, we got an upgrade of the room when we arrived. And this was really unexpected. The staff was friendly, provided with the city map and explained how to reach different destinations.

We were not informed that 2 types of Internet connection are available. So, we entered name and room # and it was a special hi-speed internet which was under the fee.

Good location, about a half mile from Andrew station and can usually get a ride share in about 10 minutes. Great staff that was incredibly helpful! Rooms were super clean and well maintained, even if we got a later start to our day.

It would have been nice to have the restaurant/bar area open a bit more and a few more options but that’s it. And certainly not necessary in a city like Boston.

The facilities , the room. King bed was super comfy. Quiet.

Breakfast: it was not clear what was included or not. It seems to be a paid hotel breakfast without being an actual restaurant- a bit confusing ; and the staff did not explain at check-in.

The staff at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, spacious and had amenities that we needed. The hotel was close to a shopping center so there was close food options around. There were a lot of parking spaces at the hotel. Public transport to city center was also relatively close by. The gym had equipment for both muscle and cardio training.

The hotel was not directly in the city center so travel time was required. The room had older decorations but everything was clean.

The front desk people were fantastic! They answered all of our questions and provided suggestions. The woman at the front desk on the morning of July 24 even remembered our names. She was top-notch!

I would have liked complimentary breakfast (even a continental breakfast) and coffee.

Quiet and confortable.

We left an empty travel document wallet in the apartment, and it was stolen/lost. Fortunately, we still had our actual documents with us. Nothing like this has ever happened to us anywhere before.

The staff was wonderful. Very clean.

Location. We had never been to Boston, so we didn’t know much about the city.

Good location. Reasonable daily parking. Room was clean and beds were comfortable.

Only one person staffing both the bar and food service area. Waited over 20 minutes for food order.
