Able to cook in suite and had utensils for doing so. Microwave also a big help. Plentiful towels. Good privacy blinds and layout of room. Cost effective and relatively close to our destination.

Only able to relegate keys to one person at a time. Shower was a little finicky and didn’t have a complete door so water got everywhere. A little noisy at times due to nature of building. Why are dogs allowed but not cats?

Close to transport, period house, reasonable quiet area., Staff were very helpful and assisted us with taking our bags up the four flights of stairs to our room.

The room could have been done with blackout curtains on the windows, as the street lights shone through the slat blinds.

The reception staff were so friendly and helpful - a real asset to the business. I love the homely feeling; like being a resident of Boston. Location was perfect. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

The shower system challenged me each night and an emptying bin service would have been good, however being left to live without someone servicing the room each day was also nice from the usual hotel vibe.

The amenities within the property were ideal for our 3 night stay during the Marathon weekend. Location was walking distance to shops, bars, restaurants.

Because there are many properties at different locations, you don’t know exactly where you will stay until a few days before when your apartment is ready. I imagine most are within the city but it threw me thinking the location was on West Newton street (their office) when I booked but I was a little further away, but again this presented no issue to me but could surprise others. Just bear that in mind when booking - but highly recommended. Also full payment required before you stay during the Marathon weekend.

Stayed for 5 nights in a Queen studio on 19 Garrison Street, which was around a 5 mins walk from the main reception. Studio was clean and comfortable. It was in an excellent location, within easy walking distance of restaurants, bars, MTBA and for sightseeing. We felt safe wandering around the surrounding area at night. Accommodation is near the South End border with Back Bay. We walked a lot! For us, considering how expensive Boston is, it was good affordable studio.

The studio was on the 4th floor and it’s quite a trek if you have heavy suitcases, which we did….but it was only up and down once, so it wasn’t an issue. We didn’t use the kitchenette, but spotted that the hobs didn’t look right on the cooker. To be fair we didn’t report this. Wi Fi connection was hit and miss.

Clean and comfortable room, small but as expected. Plenty hot water. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Location was excellent for South End and Prudential Tower/Back Bay area. Plenty of bars, restaurants and cafes within easy walking distance. It was expensive but Boston is expensive so to be expected, especially at graduation time with so many universities and colleges in the city, with a lot of students all graduating at the same time. 7/11 store on the corner was great for buying basic provisions.

Not enough clothes hangers/wardrobe space for a 5 day stay. Bathroom was tiny. There was a large uncovered hole in the wall under the bed and on arrival the room was very cold with a draught blowing at floor level. Free-standing radiator was provided and this warmed the room up but at floor level it was extremely cold.

We enjoyed our stay in a Budget Studio at Copley House in Back Bay. The room was well fitted out with a small kitchenette, and had a large round table and chairs located in a bay window overlooking blossom trees. The SW Corridor Path was just across the way and is a delightfully presented green belt of trees and flower gardens. The location is only a short distance to public transport, bus and light-rail/subway, and easy walking distance to the Star Market supermarket.

The only down-side for us was that we specifically requested, and were promised, a ground floor apartment, due to our limited mobility. However on check-in we were informed that ‘sorry none are available’ so we had to settle for a first-floor unit. There are no elevators, and the stairway to the unit was quite steep, especially with luggage.

Staying in a brownstone in back bay integrated with the neighborhood was awesome. Laundry facility downstairs in the same brownstone. Walking distance to CVS, newbury Street, lots of restaurants, eateries, bakeries, Van Leuwen ice cream shop, and more. You may be assigned to a unit that’s few blocks away from the office, which wasn’t a problem for us.

The address listed for Copley House is the office. The staff there are fantastic and respond by text, phone, etc promptly, but if you need to be close to a certain place, note that it may be farther than you think. The walls are thin in the unit we stayed at, we heard everything when anyone came home or walked up the steps. The shower didn’t have much water pressure.

I loved the room with the windows looking out, and had a nicely sized table to enjoy our brunch. Room came equipped with a kitchenette. Enjoyed the coffee capsules too. Comfortable bed, clean bathroom, good location.. Never got to meet the staff because I arrived after 7pm, but they liaised with me on what's app for smooth check in. Tip: Check first in person the exact location of the allocated apartment as it's not necessarily the same address given on the booking, because they own several properties. Meaning before you offload your luggage from the car, good to verify first exact location...doing so I saved myself the unnecessary burden :)

Nothing... but if I had to think hard for one, it's the shower control that takes a little figuring out how to regulate the desired temperature. Remark: for parking at Greenhouse Garage, an external garage not belonging to the stay, it's at a lower rate of US35/ overnight, but somehow petrol in the car which had about half tank remaining seemed to have luggage plummeted to just 10% on collection..hmmnnn(???)

This is an older Brownstone apartment. The Copley house is a collection of apts near the 239 W Newton St office. The clerk was less than friendly but gave us the information that we needed. He needs to go to WalMart and buy a personality. We were assigned to a building a few blocks away. We parked at a meter spot at the office and then walked several blocks to our studio/apt at 41 St Stephens St. STAIRS no elevator. There is zero parking. Only street parking and that is reserved to residents with parking permits.. There clerk recommended a parking garage at $25 a day within a 5 minute walk away BUT with no "In n Out" privilege. If you use a Uber to get there or plan to park a car and not move it for your stay there, that is fine. Otherwise plan to pay an additional $25 each time you want to come and go to park a car. But the T subway station is only 1-2 minute walk away and you can get around the greater Boston area very easily using the T subway. A day subway T Charlie Card pass was only $11 per day. We found a Spot Hero parking place for our car with a 5 minute walk and with In n Out privilege for our 3 day stay But those are very limited. That worked for us. But mostly we used the T to get around town other than our drive to Hyannis / Cape Cod for the day.
