Comfy beds 🛌, location-wise is perfect to commute within Back Bay area. Few minutes walk to the famous Newbury shopping street. Also, 7 minutes walking to Boston Public Garden. It is worth to spend sometime there. You will find lots of Squirrels 🐿. They are very friendly. Staff are wonderful. Our favourite spot for Breakfast is Flour Bakery & Cafe and The Friendly Toast. They are 2 minutes walk from the hotel.

The shower in room 1628 need to be fixed. It is working but not fully functional.

We reached the hotel early morning, could not check in before 4PM. The coffee machine was not working, they fixed it the next day but it did only one cup. We had two bottles of water in the room for 10 dollars each. The safe was not working, they fixed it the next day but was not really working. The room was noisy, the adjacent building was getting renovated. We liked the location, the hotel has been renovated recently.

Location was great for getting around the city. Generally the room was very clean and the furniture was in good condition.

The bathroom shower included a wall-mouted jet, but it wasn't working. The valve appeared to be broken, which also made it difficult to get a good water temperature out of the shower head. I was able to, but it took some doing. There was a glass-top coffee table in the room, and while the table itself was clean, because it's glass you can see underneath where the top mounts into the frame, and you could see all kinds of dirt and debris, which was off-putting. Given the design someone needs to disassemble and clean it periodically, which clearly isn't being done.

Clean, comfortable hotel - perfect location – just a stone's throw from Newbury Street. My son was recovering from surgery and upon arrival staff were so friendly and accommodating - getting us in a room as soon as possible. Thank you for your kind words and making our arrival easy. All the staff were super friendly even in early hours of morning on travel day, helping us with bags etc... Room service was very good and efficient. By the way - the coffee/tea in lobby was a lifesaver for me and my son on days we could not venture out much. If not for our circumstances, would have been great area to sit and enjoy with big picture windows onto street. We will be back for sure next time we are up. :)

The staff is friendly and amazing from the valet to housekeeping. The lobby is beautiful and the lounge area is very spacious and comfortable- old fashion style. There is an automatic express for coffee in the lounge that you you can enjoy as you work or read a book. Beautiful decor.

-Only one automatic coffee maker present in the lounge which created a line for coffee in the morning. - the coffee maker in the room was hidden inside a pullout shelf under the tv which made you search for the coffee maker and question if one is even there. Also it was all the way at the bottom shelf making uncomfortable to use. However, the automatic coffee maker in the lounge was great.

Upon check in, the receptionist took a little while to warm up. When we asked what type of room we'd get, she answered 4th floor, which doesn't translate to room type. Perhaps I was traveling as flight crew, she realized that we're laying over between cities, and upgraded us to a larger room with a king bed to share (keep in mind hotel is almost booked up for the weekend). Very nice of her. Room is simple modern. The hotel is located in a great location, walking distance to Copley Sq shopping and Beacon Hill. Uber ride to waterfront is only 10 without traffic. Love the espresso machine serving all day. Bar and restaurant got great vibes.

parking too EXPENSIVE!!! vallet take a long time to pick the car up. It would be great if for the high price charged by the hotel it offered free parking

The room - I liked the two big chairs to sit in, the comfort of the bed, and bathrooms having both a separate shower and bathtub. Also, the TV was excellent. Location outstanidng.

I thought the heavy green curtains were a very pedestrian, and quite frankly an ugly color. But, my biggest complaint was that they had two bottles of FIJI WATER not for a free offering to the guest, but with an $8 price tag per bottle. This amazed me, you pay $300 a night and not only do they NOT offer you a complimentary bottle of water (as all luxury hotels do) - but CHARGE you for it. This really annoyed me and my wife.

We stayed for the Boston Marathon so the hotel was extremely busy. Our room was clean, and the location was great for the Marathon.

Our room overlooked the Main Street so it was loud from traffic, emergency vehicle sirens, rubbish collectors and late night early morning people yelling out.

Location was perfect. We walked from the train station to the hotel. We were in close proximity to the Green Line and we walked to different neighborhoods. Staff was very warm and friendly.

My only complaint were the pillows. They were too flat and deflated. Other than that, the room was lovely.
