I have a faith in the FOUND hotel group. I stayed at FOUND hotel in Chicago, i was impressed by the vibe then, and i decided to choose FOUND hotel again visiting in Boston. Reasonable price and good location to reach everywhere. The parking lot, partnership with the hostel, is very close to the hostel. They have an elevator. They have shower gels, shampoo and hand soap in the bathroom. The locker was provided in good size and there was a pin locker on it. There were curtains on every beds. It seems like they provide free coffee on the lobby floor in the morning. I stayed only one short night, so that would be all i could discover from the hostel.

There was noise between floors and maybe between rooms. I could not find any disappointment from this place.

The location of this hotel is nice, as it is in a walking distance to many attractions such as Boston Public Garden, Boston Common and Chinatown, as well as a subway station (orange line). The room that I checked in is clean, silent and comfortable. Although the space is not large, but it doesn't bother me too much as I was travelling domestically and simply had a small and light-weight luggage. The in-room WiFi connectivity is good and reliable. Overall, I am satisfied with my stay (for two nights) here and the room rate was fairly competitive at the duration of my booking in that area.

Just want to point out a few weakness parts of the hotel according to my own experience. First, the in-room lighting is insufficient for works and no table is available, and hence the room that I booked is not suitable for business trips, especially for people who needs to attend online meeting, and no spacious lobby can be provided as an alternative. Second, it typically take up to 1 minute to get the bath water warm, which is somewhat inconvenient. Third, I anticipated an electric kettle and slippers for use, but unfortunately none of them can be provided.

Room was a great size with large suitcases and still plenty of floor space. Still cold in March and we were warm and cozy! Bathroom was also spacious and lovely design - exceeded expectations. Close to public transport stations and the Common.

Personally don't love a top sheet, blanket, second top sheet situation.

Location is very good, with two subway lines nearby. Neighborhood feels safe and room was adequate for the three persons in my group. Nice room. Bathroom and shower are modern and clean, although hot water was not always available (good we were there in summer, but I guess showering with cold water in winter shouldn't be pleasant). Staff in the front desk were always happy to help.

At arrival, they warned us that they were low in personnel and our room was not be cleaned daily. I believe this is a hotel issue that should not be a problem on the guests. If the service was not to be complete, they could have given a discount for the inconvenience or let us know in advance, not at arrival. Lobby is small and a seating area is only available in the basement, next to the laundry room.

The reception team was super friendly at all times of the day, they did their best to accommodate any request that I had (e.g luggage storage). Coffee\tea stand in the lobby is very useful. The room was quiet and super clean. A lot of comments mention the noise from the elevator, personally I found it not so bad an definitely not something that will interfere with a good night's sleep (sounds like you're close to finding the Jumanji box...). Location is great, close to Boston Common and lots of places to eat and shop. This place really delivered!

I would have liked it if there were a microwave available for the guests to use. Hot water in the shower took a very long time (more than 5 minutes) but it's probably because of the 5th floor and building age, did not ruin the stay.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful with directions and tips on the best places to vist, dine at, avoid, etc.The location is perfectly located within walking distance of the Boston Common and multipleT-line stations making it easy to explore all of Boston and the surrounding areas The room was spacious and never felt cramped with 4 adults staying in one room.

The room does not have a refrigerator or microwave, so expensive leftovers went to waste. The room setup is odd. Only one bed can see the TV and it's not in location for more than hose in that bed to view it.

The staff were all very friendly, and Dillon was especially helpful. He shared with me a list of restaurants in the vicinity, giving the address, type of cuisine, and distance from the hotel. There was coffee machine available all day in the lobby so guests can make a cup of coffee whenever they want. The hotel was very convenient to the Boston Common and to several T stops. There was an ice machine in the lower level.

The desk/table in the room was small and did not have a light near it. Illumination came from a ceiling light in the middle of the room. The controls for the lights were also a little quirky.

After four days of driving across the country, the Found Hotel Boston staff, or one of them, greeted me with welcoming warmth. I enjoyed the conversation I had with the receptionist the night before Anime Boston. So, it helped to have someone around my age attending the hotel. The shared co-ed dorm room included a nice bed and a clean bathroom with fresh towels daily. I definitely needed such a cozy place to sleep in which made up for the amount of times I slept in my car. With its location near Boston Common, the hotel was affordable and convenient for solo travelers. Will be looking at this place first when I visit the east coast again.

I would have liked clarity on where I could park my car. Although not many people would cross country in a vehicle, it was a wallet saver when the receptionist gave me a barcode to be able to exit the parking garage across the street without spending a fortune. Despite the fact that I had to leave my vehicle in the garage for the duration of the stay, Boston was a walkable city, so a car wasn't a necessity.

No frills hotel well placed for South Station, Boston Common, Esplanade, North End and USS Constitution (via Common) and Boylston St (Back Bay restaurants), also Red (for Harvard) and Green Transit lines (via Common).

The sheet suggesting cafes and restaurants. While extensive and someone went to a lot of trouble I used none of the recommendations. Two seafood restaurants listed are up-market. You can get a decent dinner at Landwer on Boylston Rd and Salty Dog next to Quincy Market. I could not find Hei La Moon (Chinese) on Essex St.

Location is close to places of interests.

No water dispenser.
