Location was exceptional. Clean rooms and building. Nice gym facility. Great view from room.

Poor room lighting. Control for the TV was poor and limited channel selection. Cheap that all movies are going to cost a customer an additional $25. No HBO or something like that to watch a movie at night without spending a ton? The taxes and charges totaled over $70 per day per room. What is a destination charge of $30? Why so many taxes and fees? The traveler eats almost $125/ day for that and parking for Nothing. I’m e traveled plenty for work and never seen that many taxes and charges in other cities.

Excellent central location, in the theater district and within walking distance of attractions and historic sites. Size of room was adequate and bedding excellent. Two issues relating to the bathroom: very little water pressure in the shower which made the temperature difficult to control and a constant noice in the piping which disturbed our sleep. Most staff in the reception were welcoming. We appreciated the service of Kendal who, upon our arrival after a long flight and much before regular check-in time, made a room available for our family group while the other room become available later that day. We much appreciated the voucher for breakfast that early morning. We had included breakfast for the duration of our stay. It was very good with a great selection of fruit, pastry and eggs cooked to order. The down side (important issue in a Hyatt hotel) is that the expresso machine was out of service during our entire stay and only American coffee was available. Adjan's most attentive service is noteworthy as well as that provided by the ladies who assisted. Servers in the restaurant at night were nice and efficient.

Water pressure from the shower and difficulty to control temperature.

Perfect place for family of visitors. Everything round the corner and walkable around the downtown. Visit the Chinatown in just a few minutes walk to try different delicacies at a very affordable price. Rooms are a bit on the expensive side but that will not disappoint you during your stay. Book a room at the higher floor to get amazing view of the city. Getting food around the place is not a problem at all, just be mindful lots of eateries closes by 8 pm but there are some open till midnight. Parking is expensive try using the weekly public transport pass which we used and a great way to reach the corner of the city and is free from kids below 12. Stephen at the concierge is the BEST person to go to in the hotel to seek help to plan around in Boston. Overall ***** 5 stars from us. Thank you team for making our stay special on our special visit.

Front desk staff could be more cheerful as whomsoever we spoke to was like robots doing just their job 😔

The location was fantastic. The gym was well equipped, the hotel was Clean and nice and the breakfast had a lot of variety.

Staff were unfriendly, the hotel is too big and hosts mainly large groups of airline employees leaving little attention to regular customers. There were two small water bottles in the minibar and even those were complimentary only to elite members of the Hyatt hotel chain :(( the reception did not have free water on a 24/7 basis. The price per night was way too high for the facilities offered.

Location is fantastic IMO. Near the "French Quarter" and Chinatown. It's in walking distance (for a healthy walker) of many historic sites. Surrounded by wonderful restaurants, bars and theaters. Lots to do and see right around the hotel.

The in-hotel food was exorbitantly priced. A very mundane buffet breakfast for two was $70, which is extremely high even for Boston. We were not dining on the cheap on this trip, but that money is wasted when a fine dining experience for two was usually under $200. So don't eat at the hotel and also don't hang out at the in-hotel bar, though it was better value. Maybe it'd be better if these things are is included in your stay package, but I think it'd be better go to the any of the myriad restaurants or bars nearby. Even if you pay more, you'll get way better food or drinks for the effort.

Awesome location very central, close to metro line red and orange just 2 mins walk. Very friendly staff, the room was spotlessly clean and the bed was comfortable. A bit on the expensive side but worth the money. I requested a wedding decoration for my newly married friends who were staying with me in another room and the hotel did everything they could to accommodate the request and provided everything complementary. Also we got upgraded on check-in to a high floor city view. Keep up the good work!

Facility was clean. Our room was not ready after arriving at 11 am. Our room was still not ready by 4 pm so we were given a complimentary upgrade. Information relayed by check in staff was inconsistent. 2 people stood out and made our stay exceptionally awesome! Samantha at front desk (hope I got this name right) and William at the restaurant!! Samantha (?) was very accommodating and set the tone for our wonderful stay. William was absolutely awesome! He welcomed us every morning for breakfast, attended to our needs, offered sightseeing tips and made us feel like we were the most important customers in the room. He often checked on our kids making sure they were ok because they had food allergies. He was very cautious to make sure they ate the right foods on the buffet. William made our stay and whole vacation absolutely wonderful! He is so deserving of a promotion and recognition! Because of his exceptional service, we recommended Hyatt to our other family members who will be visiting Boston. Thank you William!!!

The kids requested water at the front desk but the staff was not friendly to them. My kids felt bad after that.

The Hyatt hotel's location is perfect, and the staff is incredible—always ready to help and consistently friendly. They welcomed us warmly every time we returned from exploring the city, offering truly exceptional service. The experience was unforgettable! The hotel is ideally located, close to public transportation, and within walking distance of major attractions, making it easy to explore the city. I can't wait to return! The cleanliness was impeccable, and the room was very comfortable.

From the minute we walked up to the check in desk to the moment we checked out, the staff was very helpful and friendly. We arrived early and our room wasn't quite ready, but the staff held our luggage with no problem while my husband and I went to grab lunch. We were notified via text in about 2 hours that our room was ready. At check in we were provided our keys, info on the hotel and wifi, and we were also given a little map of what was around. Shout out to Molly who was just WONDERFUL! We stayed in a suite and it was spacious, clean and comfortable. We will definitely be staying here again in the future. Thank you Hyatt staff!

It’s our second time here and we were happy to come back - the hotel confirmed our expectations: big rooms, clean, staff super friendly and helpful. Rooms super quiet, we heard barely any sound and managed to sleep wonderfully. Position is great, at walking distance for all the most important views and services (supermarket, pharmacies, shops) and the metro station is anyway right behind the corner.

I was kind of disappointed that breakfast was not included in our price range, but is a trend among all major hotels.
