Perfectly located, AMAZING STAFF - Mally Smith and Karell. We felt welcomed and had the best of fun. The comp water daily makes a difference.

Rooms are very dusty (I think due to the carpet) so I don’t recommend if you have allergies. Bathroom toilet is placed in a very narrow corner difficult to use comfortably. The property is known to be haunted, we has some fun experiences with the elevator and lights flikkering in the room consistently, but it’s a fun property and the staff (except for the overnight lady with short hair) is amazing - which makes it truly even better.

The Omni Parker House Hotel is beautiful! We were warmly greeted and our request for early arrival was honored. It's in a perfect location on the Freedom Trail near plenty of restaurants, pubs, and shopping. When the staff learned we were there celebrating our 45th wedding anniversary, our room was upgraded and we were given a couple complimentary drinks in the bar. Later that evening a beautiful tray was delivered to our room with champagne, chocolates, and Boston Creme Pie. We will always treasure our time at the Omni Parker House!

Hotel was in an amazing location on the Freedom Trail and very close to the T. The room we had looked to be recently updated and was very nice and clean. Staff were very friendly and the bell-hops / valet were so helpful. The workout facility was nice also!

The room was on the small side as was the bathroom. The bathroom had a sliding door with frosted glass and an automatic blinding light that turned on whenever anyone walked by or opened the door including in the middle of the night when people were trying to sleep. The hotel is currently under renovation which meant that I was woken up at 6:30am to the sounds of drills and hammers.

For Boston colonial history, the Parker House is tops for location, location, location. Right on the Freedom Trail. Beautiful historic hotel where you forget the sameness of the interstate exit hotels and simply enjoy a unique hotel experience. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Everything is exceptionally clean and comfortable.

As to be expected in a 100 year old urban hotel, our room was a bit on the small side, but not a problem. And, no in room mini-fridge or coffee maker. Again, not a problem for us since we usually don't need those amenities anyway. If you are driving your own vehicle, there is no self parking, only valet service and of course a separate daily charge for parking. For our visit, once we unloaded our car we didn't need it for three days, so valet service not an issue other than the added expense. Compared to other parking options in the area (or lack of), the valet convenience was the best choice for us, and simply the price to be paid for driving our own car into the city.

A great classic building with really a really great staff, for the most part.

We attempted to have breakfast at the hotel restaurant. We arrived at approximately 9:30am. There was a line of 10 people waiting; our party of 4 increased the line to 14. The host was nowhere in sight. We waited 15 minutes; more people entered the line behind us. The host did arrive; and took the first party into the restaurant, but didn’t return for 5 minutes. We decided to leave the hotel and find breakfast nearby; which we did.

The hotel location is excellent. Walking distance to Freedom Trail, Boston Tea Party, Marketplace, etc. Numerous restaurants nearby to choose from. Hotel is historic and been nicely remodeled to meet current standards. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Mentioned it was our anniversary and they provided complimentary champagne and chocolate strawberries.

Depending on room location, traffic noise can be an issue. Hotel does not have a pool if that is something needed. Friends mentioned broken mirror and peeling wall paper in their room.

Our room was freshly renovated, as was our entire floor. We had stayed here before and appreciated the brighter, fresher look. Everyone we met from the staff was very welcoming and helpful, our room was quiet and comfortable, and the location was perfect for getting around town either on foot or on the T.

As you would expect in an older hotel, some of the rooms are fairly small, and ours was one of them. That’s about the only drawback I can think of.

Everyone was super friendly. Valet handled parking my car, I had the option of unlimited in/out parking privileges, but it wasn't necessary. The location was near everything we wanted to do during our short stay. David, at concierge, was knowledgeable and friendly, and went above and beyond to guide us where we wanted to go. Even with the construction going on on the upper floors, we didn't hear any of the work being done. The hotel has a vast history that added appeal and excitement to the stay.

The heater in the room was a little noisier than necessary, but tolerable.

Check in was very smooth, arrived in time For the Friday ice cream bar, concierge gave me a free drink coupon and said she would send something up to help celebrate my graduation (I was out so didn’t get it but still appreciated it). I was in a room that over looked Boston

There was a hair on one of the pillows and in the shower. My room was right next to a suite with a bridal party who started getting ready at 6am and it was very loud. The walls seemed thin
