Great location. We heard that the hotel was repurposed from an office building, and we commend this excellent transformation. The best thing about it was the front desk reception. Su and a young man with dark curly hair were both so very helpful, friendly, welcoming, and professional. We really appreciated the way they made our stay feel very personal and comfortable! We were surprised and so grateful that we were able to extend our checkout time by an hour, and to be able to store our luggage for a few hours while we explore Boston after checkout.

Rooms were very tiny, and a little difficult for two adults to navigate around each other in the narrow passage ways between furniture in the room. Still, everything was comfortable, and everything we needed was provided.

The stay at the Hyatt was great. The staff was kind and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable, although rather on the small side. I was only in for one night in transit, and so did not use most of the facilities. They allowed an extra hour at check out and held the suitcase while I explored Boston. The best feature of the hotel is its location. It is right at the center of downtown, close walking distance to the park and other important sites. There is a T station at the end of the street (100 meters), and it is easy to use for transportation to the airport.

Apart from the price (which seems very typical for Boston), I was very happy with my choice.

The location was perfect! It was close to all Boston popular attractions. Bed was comfortable. The hotel is clean and cozy lobby. The employees were very friendly. Easy pick up of your taking a taxi or Uber.

The king bedroom was too small. Prior to our recent stay we stayed overnight and had two queen beds. The room was much more spacious than the King bedroom. I was surprised by how much more smaller it was. I also saw reviews regarding this but I didn’t understand until I got there. The king bedroom takes up the entire room. There was no door between the shower and bed. The room was a little awkward with a large pole that takes up the room.

I recently stayed at Hyatt Centric Faneuil Hall Boston and I was thoroughly impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms and the friendliness of the staff. From the moment I checked in, the staff was warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The room was spotless, with fresh linens and a well-maintained bathroom. Housekeeping did an excellent job, ensuring everything was in perfect order. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and clean place to stay. The staff's hospitality truly made my stay memorable! The location is perfect just a few minutes from the most important places!

I initially tried it after some hesitation due to a few critical reviews, but I’m so glad I gave it a chance—it has now become my go-to destination every time I visit Boston. The check-in and check-out process is seamless, making the stay stress-free from start to finish. My room was incredibly spacious and comfortable, and I must say the bed is exceptionally comfortable—one of the best I’ve experienced! A special mention goes to Julio at the reception, who was so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the area. His welcoming demeanor really made a difference in my stay. I also had dinner at the hotel’s restaurant, Jules, and enjoyed their hummus dip—it was absolutely delicious! I’m truly surprised by the negative reviews this place has received in the past because my experiences have been nothing short of excellent. If you’re looking for a reliable, comfortable, and well-run hotel in Boston, this is the one. I’ll definitely be returning!

Best part was a super comfy bed, next is a great location making it easy to walk to historical destinations and fun spots for dinner and being a tourist. We caught the Trolley Tour bus just outside in front. Walked to the Fanuile Hall and the North End in a matter of minutes. We took an Uber from the airport, a short ride and we walked to the train station on our return trip home, very easy.

It was all great, but if I were to be picky, I'd say they need to add some towel racks in the bathroom or some more hooks. No big deal. The location was great, but this hotel was costly$$$. So we couldn't stay long.

The room is clean, cozy, spacious, and well-designed with simple, visually pleasing furniture. The bed is very comfortable, and there's plenty of space to move around and store luggage. The hotel's location is excellent, close to many attractions and several T stops nearby. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

You can hear everything in the hallway, including the housekeeping cart in the morning, conversations, and laughter from people passing by your room. This can be disturbing especially when trying to sleep.

The location was great, centrally located. We were able to walk to most places we wanted to go. The staff were exceptional! Always quick to offer assistance and a quick genuine smile. All shifts were just as friendly and courteous.

The bed was amazing and so comfortable with just the right amount of firmness and softness! The vanity mirror lights were cool. Room deco was modern. The time showed on the mirror ! The maid service was well done . The size of the room was a bit tight. Only about a foot to 18 in on either side of the bed. Tight! The shower was in the open entry area. And it was not possible to bend and scrub your legs or wash your back without banging an elbow! It was too small . I’m 5’9 and size 12. There wasn’t another option , no tub. But other than that it was lovely.
