Very nice hotel next to aquarium of Boston and right in front of a metro station which is very handy. They work with a public parking not far where we can benefit from preferential prices. There is an opportunity to have breakfast and dinner on the spot.

The queen beds are a bit small. The breakfast is very limited. They only had eggs on the whole proposed menu. It was also quite expenssive.

Location was great. Room perfect size.

No coffee or tea is offered in the morning, which we did read about in reviews. As well as fresh fruit.

Superb location. Spacious room. Lots of restaurants, a 7-eleven, touristic sites nearby. Metro station in front of the hotel with direct connection to the airport.

The room was clean, the staff were friendly, and the location was perfect.

During our check-in experience, we encountered a delay that could have been avoided. We arrived before 3 PM, checked in, and waited in the lobby, but unfortunately, the staff forget we were waiting for our room—even though we were seated in the lobby. We weren’t checked in until after 3 PM, despite the fact that our room had been ready and the lobby wasn’t particularly busy at the time. There were also a couple of minor issues during our stay, but nothing significant. We hope this feedback helps improve the guest experience for others.

The towels were phenomenal. I've never seen that brand before, but they were plush and excellent quality. I liked the convenient access to Quincy Market. It made meal choice easy and very accessible. Several people commented about the novelty of having an actual room key again. The interior art was edgy while sticking to the nautical theme. I enjoyed the Boston themed murals in the atrium area.

Sunday brunch option would have been enjoyable Lack of coffee/tea maker in room I thought the chandelier in the room was glaring, but I dislike exposed light bulb fixtures in general

Absolutely brilliant location 5 minutes from the Aquarium, harbourfront cruises, markets, major sites and hundreds of restaurants. The Aquarium subway stop is outside the door. The hotel was easy to find, fabulous reception area with a bar, lounge area, on tap iced water and a computer center. Two elevators. Friendly staff. Our room was just gorgeous - like a NYC loft vibe. Loved it. Comfy bed, sitting area, as new bathroom. We chose not to have our room cleaned but it was certainly spotless at the start. Will definitely stay again.

It's a little on the expensive side but certainly couldn't fault anything.

Clean, roomy, easy access

The location is awesome, and very close to the subway. We experienced really pleasant harbor walk and great nearby seafood. Our room is big and has a big public space to place our stuff. The atmosphere around is nice and warm-welcomed.

The table light in our room is broke, but it's not a big deal for most of us as we didn't use table for working that much. There's no microwave in the room though we wish there is one. The window's facing the inside of the Inn, so for most of the time we have to close the curtain for privacy.

In a really great location. Bed was comfortable and thankfully the air con was great. Staff were friendly and efficient. Bathroom and bedroom a decent size.

I had a room with an atrium view (which I knew) but the lighting was terrible. If you are going to put people in internal facing rooms you can’t have ridiculously poor lighting. I really wasn’t impressed. Other minor downside was that the shower took forever to heat up.
