We love everything about the property. Everything was clean, great fresh and they also treated us so good me my wife and my kids are very pleased.

The only thing we had difficulties was with the tablet in the room when we were trying to order room service. The tablet will not let us choose the date or the time besides that everything was awesome. We loved our state and we will be there soon again.

The room was comfortable - especially the bed. The TV and tablet were good. The view from the room was good. Room service was good - fast, efficient and friendly.

The bath had someone else's hairs clinging to the non-slip surface. The same ones were there throughout my stay (perhaps someone could try using sellotape or something to remove them). The snacks in the room were very expensive - $11 for a small tub of Pringles!!

We had a surprise room upgrade which was a lovely gesture, and the harbour view from the room was breathtaking. The room was clean and had all the amenities we needed. We had a detailed introduction to the room from the concierge Dennis, who was very helpful. Our guest experience was exceptional throughout, thanks to some thoughtful touches such as a bottle of champagne and chocolate strawberries sent up for us. Rodney on reception and Rafael at breakfast were especially helpful and friendly.

Property is in a great location and very well staffed. Breakfast was great as well as the service all the way around. Has the world class gym in my opinion.

Can’t think of one thing we didn’t like every interaction we had with a staff. Member was fantastic including I don’t think I opened the door coming in and out of the hotel once - nor did my family

We had an unfortunate situation with our daughter suffering an asthmatic situation in the middle of the night to which we had to go to hospital, the hotel assisted fantastically and moved us to a room more suited to allergy friendly conditions. The staff were all extremely accommodating and made the circumstance that much easier to handle.

Room was nice, my kids enjoyed it. What made this room not 100% for me was the fact that the iPad in the room did not work. Also the tv was not working or connecting with the streaming apps. This is a problem when traveling with tired children. The iPad issue was addressed after speaking with a staff member that delivered dinner to our room and sadly the tv never worked. Minor, but frustrating for the price and explaination to my children.

Better communication. Faster tv, faster Wi-Fi, faster streaming apps

The room service was outstanding. I needed a night away for myself and the staff was so friendly and kind, not to mention the food was delicious. The pool was very nice and relaxing, and very easily accessible. The room was so comfortable I could probably live in it. Thank you so much for your hospitality and for making me and my pup Leo feel welcome. I will definitely be back for another self care night very soon!

Only one thing - very surprised for such a quality hotel that when we wanted to have a cup of afternoon tea in the lounge map area we were given it in disposable cups not china.

Everything! The smell and air quality of the hotel helped my asthma. It is a beautiful hotel overlooking the water. It’s in a great location. Food is amazing. Rooms are spacious and clean and comfortable. Staff is extremely helpful. Best hotel in Boston.

The Location was perfect for us. The view was great. The Dark Bar was very good.

The breakfast was not wonderful. We moved somewhere else after the first morning.
