The location was excellent - walkable to the city centre and very close to one of the transit bus stops from the airport. Room facilities with kitchenette were great meaning we could cook for ourselves when it suited us. Supermarket for shopping was close by. Good range of options to choose from for the breakfast too. Hotel staff were very helpful.

Breakfast is complete out of line with the remaining of the proposed offer . Service and facilities for breakfast were inadequate. Price demanded for the hotel is bizarre for what is offered. I only stay there because I made a blunder at reservation and run out of options.

The hotel is well-located, within easy reach of places of interest and restaurants, shops and bars. Our room was very clean and staff were helpful and friendly at all times.

The only fairly minor negative was that only one of the two lifts was working most of the time we were there.

The breakfast was a nice mix of hot and cold foods as well as a waffle station that was a hit amongst the children there. We also really appreciated the Cafe Nero adjacent to the lobby. We loved the fact that this was an adaptive Re-use project and the exposed brick and timbers felt so comfortable in the Seaport district. It was a great location to get anywhere in Boston either by foot (which we preferred) or by Public Transit. There were many different types of restaurants within walking distance as well as a Trader Joes Grocery store if you wanted to cook in your full kitchen.

We had two requests that were solved nearly instantly, so I have nothing bad to say about our stay.

Ultra modern, modern, industrial style hotel; spacious room with all amenities, stylish dormer, excellent business workstation, especially the reclining chair, walking distance (5') to the Boston Convention Center, good breakfast

Hotel was nice. Location was great.

We were on the side where trash dumpsters were and were woken up in the middle of the night by trash being picked up. Also did not like the breakfast. Huge selection including a waffle maker (which I know a lot of people like), but low quality ingredients. Once again I realize most people like that, but I am, admittedly, a bit of a food and coffee snob.

Wonderful hotel in central location. Loved the area, well connected to public transport. Staff were lovely. Apartment was great and spacious.

Just a comment, not a complaint. The booking was for 4 people, when we arrived the sofa bed was not made. It would have been nice to have it ready.

Quite big room. Would be better if it had two beds. But bed sofa was also enough for my children.

There was a smell of humid when we first entered to the room. But it seemed the air purifier in the room performed its duty well.

The room was affordable and it had everything we needed for our family, kitchen was stocked with all necessary utensils and we had a large fridge overall could not ask for more
