Nice hotel in a convenient location in the Seaport district (the Silver Line that connects to Boston is just across the road), and proximity to the harbour meant nice sea views from our room. The large size of the room was a plus too, especially when some other Boston hotels are tiny— you'll have much space to open up your luggage bags and move around. It's a large building, and when you go up the staircase, there's plenty of space and it's decorated with artworks and bonsai plants. We were extremely hungry one night and the room-service pizza we ordered from the restaurant was delivered very quickly; it was delicious and the portion size made the price reasonable. There's a buffet breakfast on weekends, and the food was good—it even had honeycombs you could scrape the honey from. Overall, excellent and friendly staff from the doormen, reception staff and housekeepers. The large lounge area in the lobby with powerpoints and a fireplace for guests to work was a nice touch and helpful for us after check-out. Btw: if you prefer a hot water kettle instead of the coffee machine in the room, just ask the reception staff for it. We preferred the former to boil water, and the staff had one brought up easily.

It would be nice if buffet breakfast was available more days of the week, and if it could be included in the room rate at a good price. However, it was good that the hotel had a grab and go cafe in the lobby that provided alternatives— additionally, if you take the Silver Line one stop to Courtyard, you'll be near a Shake Shack and Trader Joe's that sells to-go food like wraps and cut fruits for reasonable prices.

The location is perfect if you work at/near seaport or want to catch the ferry to PTown. The gym was simply 2nd to none. My room was quiet, spacious, with enough storage. The staff was helpful and attentive.

I had issues with the bathroom taps and missing bulbs in the corridor and bathroom. This reflects poorly on their maintenance schedule but they fixed it with 12 hours of my reporting it. The swimming pool is unpleasant...hard to say why...the noisy children? there is no relax area? it is a pool for serious swimming only but not relax/play time?

What went well: The staff greeting at the entrance was absolute best! They should be commended for wearing the big smiles, and greeting the customer, assisting as needed. The luggage courtesy storage was extremely helpful for early arrival and late departure, along with the check out extension provided helped simplify things as a traveler.

What we didn't like: On our arrival (we did arrive very early in the day) requested an early check in. However, on this day it appeared A) None of the rooms were ready at the Check-In time of 1500; B) It appeared there may have been a IT issue at the front reception delaying check in; C) We finally were granted a check in time at 1600 Hrs and only 1 agent and 1 computer was available creating a longgggg line for check in. It appeared the IT issue may have finally been corrected and 2 other agents finally became available to speed up the process. Many customers were frustrated that what we would call a 5-Star hotel experienced these kinds of issues. In my opinion, this should not ever happen - it was not a good start to enjoying this hotel experience.

Springtime in Boston is always a gamble, but when the beautiful weather does show up....the view of the Seaport was amazing from our room, especially from the 18th floor! The room was clean and spacious, including the bathroom. The beds and pillows were very comfy, and I love the additional touch of the decorative pillow because it provided great support when resting and watching television. Still love the privacy "doorbell"! The location is spectacular because of the multiple street access points - the main lobby takes you to Seaport Blvd., and the Plaza takes you to the bridge to the convention center. The vibe is calm and relaxing. Love this hotel!

Everything was amazing here, however the best part was the staff. Such sweet people here and very accommodating. We came to celebrate our baby moon and the front desk upgraded us with a beautiful view and suite. We also received free breakfast. We were so happy and excited! Completely made our stay and when we needed water or anything else they were so helpful. I loved our stay and will definitely return. Location was perfect too! So clean and you can connect your phone to stream Netflix or other apps so it helped when we wanted to stay in and relax.

Nothing! However it would be nice if there was a jacuzzi.

The hotel and location was fantastic. Although it was a little pricey, everyone we came in contact with were very professional. The attitude of your staff made the biggest difference in deciding whether to plan to stay at your location again. Also, the hotel staff was so accommodating with our request for a family dinner that Sunday night. Even thought we arrived later than plan (due to the ceremony we were attending running late), the staff was ready for us. PHENOMENAL! Thank you!!!

We had some difficulty figuring out how your TV system works in the rooms. It took us a little bit to troubleshoot the problem. It was frustrating without having some instructions, but we got it to work. Additionally, the cost for parking is a bit high.

Great hotel, and one we will be returning to. Staff were very nice, all very helpful. The breakfast each morning set us up for the day. They upgraded us to a suite which was amazing and the pool was well managed which we used every day. Great location, with lots of places to eat and shop within walking distance. Short Uber into many great Boston locations. The area felt safe.

We stayed over Christmas and hotel was pratically empty over Christmas day but once we got to the 27th it filled up to capacity very quick and there was a 30 min wait to get into breakfast. Not a big deal but it was a totally different experience to our first few days there.

My fiance and I loved the ordering from the in hotel bistro restaurant and getting it delivered to our room. That was incredible. The food was excellent as well. I probably ordered the simple salad 4 times. We had the pizza and the waffle bowl ice cream a few times as well. Also very good. We liked the friendly and attentive staff and service to us. We didn't dislike anything.

There was nothing to dislike except maybe on Sunday night the pool closed at 8pm. I wish it was open a bit later for like an adult swim or something. 8 pm seems a little early.

Property is absolutely beautiful and in a great location if you are spending time near the port or going to a concert at Leader Pavilion.

I do not have really anything bad to say besides not the most inviting and friendly front desk staff. We went to the front desk upon arrival to ask where we should be parking because our GPS took us to a parking garage that we were not able to get into. The front desk employee was very dismissive and quickly gave us an appropriate address that we should put into our GPS instead, it was the same address as the hotel. Didn’t seem to want to take the time to explain or further direct. Thankfully we’re young, navigate things pretty well, so we were able to figure it out on our own. But, friendliness goes a long way!

My favorite hotel in Boston. Spacious rooms, very nice setup, which stands out. Friendly staff. Mimoza at reception was a lovely one to deal with. Great location in Seaport. Swimming pool and gym at guests disposal.

One of the rooms had toilet clogged, and some defects with water mixer so hot water only, no cold. Had to call reception and they sent an engineer at night, who was able to fix it partially. Though I didn’t ask for refund for inconveniences as I want this property to prosper and I will return to this hotel if funds permit me.
