The room was great and the front desk and valet service was exceptional

My wife went to the breakfast restaurant on Mother’s Day and was completely ignored for almost 20 minutes. When she finally was asked if she wanted something she ordered coffee and then she still waited for second server to bring it. My wife said she couldn’t believe how humiliating it was to be treated like that. It’s really unacceptable considering how much we spent to stay there.

Loved the location, quality for the price, restaurants were GREAT!

The bathrooms were very odd. They had very little privacy as the toilet and shower area were enclosed in glass. I would probably not stay there again, only because of the bathrooms. Otherwise, the property was great.

Access to the convention centre and silver line public transport was a great feature and also hotel was walking distance from Quincy market and North End. The 24h convenient store was really convenient but needed to be stocked up more frequently. Coffee maker in the common area was also a great feature, although it needed more regular maintenance at times. Gym was well equipped and heated pool was available to use. The room size was a little smaller than I expected with no desk or proper table. The shower area needed better insulation and more hooks. My main issue was low mobile phone reception in the room at times. Overall, it was very good and I recommend this hotel.

From the moment I stepped in, I was impressed by the immaculate cleanliness. Every corner felt fresh and well-maintained. The bright lighting added a warm, inviting ambiance, making the space both functional and cozy. A standout feature was the luxuriously comfortable bed; it provided such a restful sleep that I woke up refreshed every morning. Additionally, the spacious layout of the room made my stay even more enjoyable, offering plenty of room to relax and unwind without feeling cramped. This property clearly prioritizes guest comfort and attention to detail. I’d happily return!

Minor suggestions for improvement: While I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, here’s some feedback for future enhancements: - Bathtub addition: The walk-in shower was fantastic, but adding a modern soaking tub alongside it would elevate the bathroom into a true spa-like retreat. - Dining variety: The existing food/restaurant service met my needs, but expanding the selection (e.g., more seasonal or globally inspired options) could cater to a wider range of tastes and preferences. These are small tweaks; truly, the property excels in comfort and quality!

The entire hotel was top notch! From the staff to the room to just walking around the hotel. We came with small children and they loved using the escalators and running around. There was a lot of band music playing everyday which we loved. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. I forgot my toothbrush but after texting front desk one was brought to our room within 10 minutes. We brought food in from a restaurant and asked were there microwaves anywhere and they brought one up to our room. Any thing we needed they provided.

We did self parking which was fine because it was connected to the hotel but during the weekend it was hard to find a park since there were only 3 available floors to park on. Also we didn’t like that you had to make reservations to use the pool. That was a bummer and we didn’t find out until 2 days before coming when a email was sent to reserve. The times were not good for us so we only used the pool once early in the morning because that’s all they had available while it was cold outside. It says the pool is heated but it still was cold.

The staff were great everywhere. They were happy to help and were very pleasant and helpful. The pool area is great though a bit of shade would be nice. The pool also became a bit overcrowded. Though the whole pool area was clean and well cared for...

Breakfast via room service was a complete disappointment. They don't seem to advertise room service so I'm assuming they don't like providing it and certainly don't promote it. For an expensive breakfast (which I understood having had room service in many other nice hotels), was delivered in a box with "to go" boxes. They included plastic utensils. The food was all in the one container so the english muffin was soggy. We ordered orange juice but it wasn't real orange juice but an orange blend drink.

The room was exceptionally nice--well-appointed. I like the fact it had a makeup area--rare in a hotel room. There was plenty of closet space, and the mirrors and robes were a nice touch. The beds were comfortable. The location near the seaport was the best part of the hotel experience.

The breakfast buffet was mediocre--about the quality of the free breakfasts at Holiday Inn Express, and for the price ($30) a total ripoff. There was, for example, no oatmeal or cereal or fixings for oatmeal or yogurt. Most hotel buffets that charge in that range have at the very least a waffle or pancake maker, or even an omelet bar. The cafe was a better deal, with delicious pastries and coffee, though the lines and prices were ridiculous. The staff was not all that friendly. Perhaps it was because we arrived during the strike. The noise from the strikers was so loud, it was impossible to stand outside waiting for a cab for any length of time.

The property and room were immaculately clean and the room was a good size with a nice view.

The room faced the pool and was noisy at times. The design of the hotel meant you could see right into other guests’ rooms if they left the blinds open. We saw a naked woman in the shower directly across from the room we stayed in because she opened the blinds. The shower water pressure was terrible as was the flow of water which was barely more than a trickle. Due to the proximity to the airport, we had planes flying overhead from about 6am the next morning although we know that this is out of the control of the hotel.

We took the bus from the airport which was free by the way, literally the hotel was a min away from our stop. We walked in the hotel and were serviced immediately! We felt that the 1st room we had was a bit small for us and Jae & Chloe addressed and fixed it immediately by switching our room for a room that was closest to what we described & it was perfect! The diversity at the hotel was beautiful! The comfort of the hotel all around was amazing. I’ll be back!

I honestly can’t think of anything not to like. No one bothers you, you’re really at peace in this place. I have a 9 for rating bcuz nobody is perfect but I really loved it there.

Coco Rico was a delicious convenient spot. Staff was knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ to the manager on our arrival on 4/17 evening who trouble shot and eventually cleared up the cancellation error made by Booking.com. She was a gem. Great job also to the concierges Debra and the other African American gentleman (didn’t catch his name) who were so helpful! And a shout out to Billy the doorman and his staff. Couldn’t have been nicer.

No bath mats or grab bars in tub/shower. The tub was VERY slippery!
