Clean and comfortable room, efficient elevators. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Feels a bit out of the way, around 30-40 minutes walk to touristy areas and not directly on a bus/T route so a little walk to public transport. Inconvenient to return during the day due to this, so hardly used the hotel facilities. . Probably just Boston prices for this time of year - but at $400 per night, felt very expensive for mid week nights in an out of the way neighbourhood. Suited more to conferences or business travel than general tourist travel. Stayed here as friends had already booked - but I wouldn't stay again. Not unhappy with the stay at all, just didn't feel like great value for money to me.

I liked that it was convenient to the show we wanted to see. The Trolley bus tour is a short walk away. We checked out on the day of the eclipse and they gave us free eclipse glasses because we were looking all around for them.

The parking was expensive but there was metered street parking nearby. It was a bit of a hassle because there is a limit to how many hours you can park there. The room setup was pretty interesting, I guess it has an economic style.

Staff was very friendly. Rooms were comfortable. It has a great gym, live music and great restaurant.

the neighborhood is still developing but there are good options for restaurants within a short walk . They charged for some expenses that did not correspond but solve the issue right away without inconveniences.

On business so the view from the 11th floor was a bit industrial but of no real consequence. Location for the conference hall was superb. Easy to walk into town centre and close to the now expanded Seaport district that has changed so much in a year.

Starting to show its age at the edges but not detremental as such. Did not make it to the pool so can't comment. Had to engage in order to get info as there was nothing in the room about the hotel or Boston. If there was I did not find it.

Breakfast was great but the chef was behind closed doors and signage for freshly prepared breakfast was way too high above the grab and go selections so we didn’t realize it was available the first two mornings. But once we discovered we could order freshly prepared breakfast we were thrilled. Even a group of Harvard business graduates didn’t notice the better until we told them.

The hotel was modern and clean. The bed was comfortable. The view of the park across the street and city skyline were beautiful.

The location isn't central to everything so we had to drive to things. Also the parking situation is terrible. Valet parking is $50 for the day, but I parked on the street which is free overnight from 8PM to 8AM.

Our room looked out onto the beautiful park across the street and we so enjoyed watching families & friends enjoying their weekend outdoors. The space was not large but very attractive, clean and comfortable & the Aloft staff were exceptional. The valet parking team were hard working a quickly responsive to our needs. It was also nice to have restaurant options within the facility with indoor and outdoor accomodations and the ability to obtain a glass of wine to bring to our room. We loved the close access to Castle Island!

The location is quite remote from the downtown area and there were no small stores accessible nearby. I was a bit taken aback by the fees added onto our bill but that is just a sign of the times.

We arrived from Orlando. It's conveniently located near the airport. The location and view were wonderful. We used valet parking and enjoyed dinner and drinks at the hotel. There was a pool for the children. We all had a lovely time.

My room was cleaned daily, but my bed was never made by the staff. I asked on two separate occasions: the front desk and cleaning staff directly, and my bed was never redone.
