The studio apartment was great. It had large windows and a lot of sunlight, a comfy bed, air conditioning, a nice bathroom and a nice kitchen. The location is fantastic, right in Chinatown and a short walk from Boston Common and the city center.

If you need to use the sofa bed, you'll have to push the coffee table out of the way and pull the sofa back towards the kitchen island, making everything very crammed.

The Global suite is an appartment with all the necessary things to live independently and comfortably in /see the description in the general presentation/. Since I travelled only with my husband there was plenty of room for us both, we behaved as if we were at home, literally. Moreover, I had to cook a lot as my husband has a very strict diet, which did not bother me as the place was well equipped.

The price is high for a European, it is almost three times the cost of something similar in Europe. There were some missing items, which, I am sure can be completed, such as kitchen gloves, cups /we do not drink coffee from huge mugs, for instance/ a wider range of plates, a pair of scissors, more pots and pans. Finally, the thing that is unbearable is the omnipresence of AC, that is, the windows cannot be opened, not even cracked, and the air inside is never refreshened. For example, there was a strong smell of fried onion the first time we stepped in and this smell was persistent all along the days we stayed there, in spite of using AC permanently.

Location was great. Easy walk to many of the places we visited and convenient access to food, stores, and public transportation. Building was clean, safe, and quiet. The space was roomy and remodeled to feel modern. Great for our family of four. One of our kids slept on the pull out sofa bed while there was plenty of room for the other to be on the air mattress we brought.

We only had three sets of towels for four people, so we had to carefully ration and launder the towels to ensure there was a clean towel when someone needed it. The water pressure in the shower lower than I prefer. Also, there was only a Keurig machine for coffee with just two K-cups, so we had to go out for coffee every day after the first day of our stay. We had brought ground coffee with us and would have liked a regular drip coffee maker in the unit. Overall, these were minor inconveniences.

The location is excellent, the apartment was spacious and clean. Keylanis the concierge is amazing, deserves five stars for friendliness and helpfulness. Having an electronic fob to gain entry to building and use elevator was great in terms of safety.

I slept on the sofa bed, which apparently was more comfortable than the beds. The stove didn't work, and apparently, it's a known issue but nobody told us. We didn't want to cook but meant we couldn't use the kettle either The microwave is quite loud especially when you're trying to sleep in lounge and someone wants to heat water in the early hours. One bed was dirty, see photo, would not have noticed if it was not the side facing the wardrobe in the second bedroom.

I loved how welcoming everyone was and how clean the whole entire building was and smelled. As soon as you walked in, you could smell the cleanliness. Everything looked like the pictures on the sight, too, and that is rare to find alone, but here at Global Luxury Suites, they take pride in their business.

There were absolutely no complaints. I had one issue with the sink not able to be used when I checked in, but I talked to a sweet woman named Candace with Churchill Corporate Services, and in less than an hour, the room was upgraded for the inconvenience and got to have a bigger room instead. Absolutely great customer service and will be staying again.

Excellent two bedroom two bath apartment. The location was very convenient. It was nice to have someone at the front desk 24/7. We did not have a car while staying at this place. We took the city bus from airport to South Station (I think) and then walked to the Luxury Suites. I took an Uber to the airport to pick up a rental car when our family vacation was moving on to Northern Mass. That was quick and easy. Our view from the unit was good. Easy access to Freedom trail. Also the location is just around the corner from the theater area.

The kitchen was more “staged” than it was stocked. I would recommend having coffee filters. There was also no baking dishes and no cookie sheets. These are small things but they would help a lot. We were able to make do with stove top cooking our breakfasts and we had planned to eat other meals out. The appliances were excellent.

The overall experience was good. We are happy with the apartment and the facilities. The location was perfect. It was very central and near all the restaurants.

The communication with the host was difficult as there was no way to contact the host on a phone call. The rooms we were allotted were far away from each other. We should have been allotted 2 rooms next to each other as we were 2 families travelling together. The size of the 2 rooms was different and we should have been allocated the same size rooms. One room was big and the other small though we paid the same price for both rooms

Fantastic location in Chinatown. Close to plenty of bars and restaurants. Clean, good size apartment. It was nice to have a washing machine and dryer in the apartment. The showers had good pressure.

The beds were squeaky and not the best quality. However, we still managed to get a good nights rest. If the beds had been comfortable, the apartment would be an easy 9.
