Check in was fantastic. I have heard of elevators that have a computer touchscreen, but haven't ever seen on until now. It's so very slick and I really liked. The front desk staff were tremendously helpful, kind, and funny. I don't know if I'll get back to Boston, but if I do, the ALoft will be my top choice. While we didn't play, the lobby has a small pool table and a guitar and a whole bunch of table games.

Our floor didn't have an ice maker -- the floor above and below did, so it wasn't a huge deal, but it was weird. Remember the good old days when the hotel staff didn't check your room daily? I had forgotten that daily checks were a thing and, while I found it nice, I do worry about my water impact from daily fresh towels. It seems like some hotels used to ask if we wanted a daily check and I wish I'd been ask. That said, I could have put our the door hanger that says no service needed. But, I didn't.

Clean and comfortable room, efficient elevators. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Feels a bit out of the way, around 30-40 minutes walk to touristy areas and not directly on a bus/T route so a little walk to public transport. Inconvenient to return during the day due to this, so hardly used the hotel facilities. . Probably just Boston prices for this time of year - but at $400 per night, felt very expensive for mid week nights in an out of the way neighbourhood. Suited more to conferences or business travel than general tourist travel. Stayed here as friends had already booked - but I wouldn't stay again. Not unhappy with the stay at all, just didn't feel like great value for money to me.

The hotel is in a great location, easy to get in and out of. It was very clean and the staff were exceptional. It was also across the street from a lovely park with lots of things to do which made it a bonus.

In order to turn the bathroom light on, all lights in the hotel room had to go on. This was odd and made for a dark trip to the bathroom in the middle of the night. The only other issue was the air conditioning. No matter what temperature you had it set at, it was either freezing in the room or ridiculously hot.

Staff was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely awesome. The convenience store was handy and available anytime—super useful. Air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping our room cool and comfy. Room layout was smart and welcoming—great use of space.

Beer and cocktail prices at the lobby bar were slightly high, but understandable given the convenience factor.

I liked that it was convenient to the show we wanted to see. The Trolley bus tour is a short walk away. We checked out on the day of the eclipse and they gave us free eclipse glasses because we were looking all around for them.

The parking was expensive but there was metered street parking nearby. It was a bit of a hassle because there is a limit to how many hours you can park there. The room setup was pretty interesting, I guess it has an economic style.

The staff was lovely. Aisha was especially kind and accommodating. She greeted us every time with a huge smile and always had something helpful or informative to say. The gym was great. It was just the right temperature. It was never crowded nor noisy. The Aloft was conveniently located to everything we wanted to see and do. We will definitely stay there again.

The location is good. The room is spacious and clean. The bed is comfortable. The on-site restaurant's Brazilian buffet is delicious. My kids love it.

The only complain is that the light is the room is not comfortable. The lighting is too dark with the curtain down and too bright with curtain lifted.

Room was a bit tight but comfortable. Hotel staff was wonderful.

In our room AC and room temperature went from freezing when the fan was blowing to warm when it wasn't - this all while the thermostat was set at 70 and the fan in Auto. We had to take blanket on and off all night.
