It was disappointing that after few hours after check out, at 06:10 am, my charger “could not be found” I know exactly where it was, I know it was my responsibility to be sure I had everything, it was disheartening to discover it could disappear in so short a time. I texted the hotel and I was told if it was found, it would be left at the desk. I also realize there are a lot of rooms they are responsible for, however, it would have been appreciated if there had been some notification before the end of the day, that they were unable to locate it, so I could have picked up a replacement before working the night shift.

The bathrooms (and probably more) have been remodeled recently and include very nice barndoor slider glass on the shower. This is a nice touch for a moderately priced room. One reason for my picking this location was that there is a well rated Indian restaurant within a short walk (go down the golf course path to the south of the Inn; the dirt path up to the parking area for the strip mall and restaurant will be obvious).

The bed was very comfortable. The provided breakfast was adequate and had a variety of different things. It was also very helpful to have a restaurant at the hotel.

The breakfast was varied but they didn't have plain eggs or toast. The water pressure for the shower was not the best, but it was sufficient.

Room and facility were exceptionally clean. The staff was very cheerful at welcoming. The location was very close to family in Dedham that I was visiting. My dog, who is usually very nervous and hyper, was extremely comfortable and acted like he was at home. The breakfast buffet was large and very tasty. It offered a wide variety. Though it was just an overnight, it was a fantastic way to do this trip and it is definitely where we will be in the future when in the area! BTW, there are pet stations all around the hotel, with bags and disposal.

Really have an extremely small list of suggestions rather than complains. So you know, they are remodeling the dining area, I presume. The only thing my wife missed at the buffet was some fresh fruit. Really, I had to reach to find these!

Nice hotel, lives up to the Hilton brand expectations. Room was very cleanly and updated. Decent breakfast, good free coffee, and a well-stocked lobby concession.

Barn style bathroom door didn’t close all the way, so there’s no privacy in the bathroom. HVAC system was loud and noisy all night on the top floor.

It was a lovely hotel, clean, and easy to get to. I liked that there were a couple of food places within walking distance. We went to the Irish pub in the hotel and it was delicious! Breakfast was ok, typical hotel breakfast. The staff was very attentive, brought out fresh eggs & bacon when it was low. They even made some fresh eggs when a guest asked for them 5 minutes before breakfast was supposed to close! They could have said sorry we’re closing in 5 minutes, we’re all out, but they went above and beyond so this man could have eggs. I was impressed.

There was only one girl working in the entire hotel, the poor girl was checking people in and also trying to attend to guests who needed extra towels, etc. I felt bad for her being all by herself, but she did it all with a smile. I know help is hard to find these days, but I don’t think it’s very fair for her to be the only employee working in the entire hotel.

Staff was awesome. Breakfast was delicious. Loved being close to golf course. Loved being close to airport (like watching planes) - Loved the proximity to great restaurants!

No pool. For the size of this hotel, I would think there would be a pool...

The fitness center was nice. The room was nice. The elevators worked (and in my experiences in other hotels this was not necessarily the case!). It is VERY convenient to where my son lives.

The lobby and hallways are beginning to show signs of the hotel’s popularity.

Close to Gillette Stadium, I use this for when I have concerts in the area. Not a bad hotel just needs a little tlc

Wish we had a microwave in our room rather than having to go down to the lobby to heat up our food, wasn’t terrible but would have been more convenient

It isn’t really a complaint but more advice for other travellers, if you are staying on the top floor then you need to allow the hot water to run for a good couple of minutes before it starts to come through hot
