The staff was very friendly and welcoming. They were accommodating and helped with anything we needed. There is free coffee/hot chocolate. The complimentary breakfast is good. They have a nice spread, fruit, yogurt, and fresh waffle batter to make your own waffles. They have a Peloton in the workout facility and an indoor pool. The morning of check-out, we were running a little late. So we called down to the desk, and they extended our check-out time by 1 hour, with no questions asked.

There wasn't much to dislike, only a couple of small things. There was an empty plastic cup on the floor in the corner next to the wall and the lounge chair. The only other thing was my fiancé thought the shower could've been scrubbed a touch more, I personally thought it was okay.

The size of the room and bathroom exceeded all of our expectations! The staff upon arrival/check in were very friendly and professional! The individual that worked in yhe breakfast area was also friendly and helpful,

This hotel meets all of my requirements from home! I felt very comfortable at this hotel.

Plenty of room, very cleaan witha large bed and fluffy pillows. After the tunnel closing it is a grat location to reach the airport with no delays.

We have stayed at this property multiple times perfect location, cleanliness and we definitely enjoy the breakfast in the mornings 

The only thing we didn’t like was being on the first floor, but other than that the hotel is great.

the street this property was located, belongs to two different district, so my family came to pick us up, it’s either Avon or Stoughton, easily to get lost

Access card readers weren't working on side doors so had to walk all the way back to through the front door.

Location was good and breakfast was good.

When I checked in, even though I had paid for 3 people in the room, they would only give me 2 bottles of water. A bottle of water is cheap compared to what I paid for the 3rd person in the room. I thought that it was pretty petty on the hotels part.

Booking would honor price adjustment due to the wording of the executive suite did not match Hampton INN wording.
