Accommodated us after we discovered our assigned room 207 had stained walls, looked like ammonia or urine or bleach. We were told it was bleach. They moved us to a different room, so that was good.

1)Stains on the original room 207. 2) I asked for a receipt upon check out and the clerk said I needed to contact the site I used to book the room. I contacted the site and they said it’s the hotel’s responsibility and obligation to provide a receipt to me. It was if I asked her for a free nights stay! She asked me for my email and I provided it, which she did nothing with it. Just to humor me. Why was it so hard to just print out the receipt, she was staring at the receipt on the computer. I don’t get it!

I apparently booked the wrong room. Booked a one queen bedroom for three people. Hotel offered to move us for the first night but were sold out for the second so we chose to stay in the original room they gave us a cot which worked out fine. The room was a bit small to try to fit the cot in but we made it work

No one was at the front desk on a regular basis. When we checked in someone who was passing by actually hollered and then someone came out. Perhaps a bell would be helpful.

Everything in general was good, the gym was pretty good, clean and with good equipment, breakfast was also good. I liked having the laundry machine, although the price for the loads charged to my account was more than what is shown on the machines.

Someone at the front desk didn't have enough knowledge about few things at the hotel. He wasn't helpful. But in general, was OK.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and good. Location near to Ikea. Heat and air worked well. Plenty of light, electrical plugs, alarm clock and a comfortable chair. Also, comfortable business chair at desk.

Confusion with 2 rooms booked in my name and when arrived only 1 room booked in my name. Second room booked in the other family name WITHOUT any cross reference between. Weekend staff had no clue of connection. Made for a very frustrating and angry first 1/2 hour during check in. Broken fridge in one room and non-working ice machine on our floor was slight inconvenience but otherwise facilities were great.

good clean hotel and reasonably priced - good bed and bedding too! Easy to park and lots of food options nearby.

all good - maybe the shower could have been stronger but for the price it was excellent for work

Close to many places, clean, friendly staff. The breakfast was good as well.

They didn't have my double need room which that's what I paid for. But thankfully a man gave up his room & took the one I was given.

You should hire people to go to your motels and report that everything is up to what you what it to be.

You need to hire spotters to see that what you want your breakfast to be. All eateries need real cooks

The large-scale of the handicapped bathroom, the room being clean. I enjoyed there being a seat in the shower because standing up is difficult for me. The breakfast was so good. I don't know who did the cooking but me and my partner enjoyed it, especially the sausage gravy.

I wish that the toilet in the handicapped bathroom was a little bigger because it's an small seat and being a bigger person, well you know the rest.

Place was clean and Quite good location.

Only thing need to do was we had handicap room and shower head was not staying in place need to fix it.

Everything was great.

Hallway noise echos right into the rooms and it seems there was people up and down the hall all night. VERY NOISY!
