Very comfortable bed and linens. Delicious on-site bar/restaurant and walking trail behind the hotel. Very nice pool, gym, and hot tub.

The breakfast is delicious—but that room has no windows. After arrival, there was also no opportunity to purchase a discounted breakfast price, even multiple days in advance. Why would a new guest be accommodated but not a guest staying for a week? Wouldn’t a discounted one-/two-day advance purchase help with supply planning?

Location, cleanliness for the most part. Good restaurant one bistro

Staff attitude. Most were friendly but when I brought up that housekeeping missed a scheduled visit, I was told separately by both staff that I must have had do not disturb out - I did not. Then I was told every other day service, which I knew, and they missed a scheduled day. We arrived 9/30 and all was well until the last Sunday. Whatever happened to ‘the customer is always right?’ I had to insist on the promised service. We were out of TP with no spare roll!

From the moment we checked in the hotel staff was amazing. Everyone was so friendly, polite and accommodating. They went over and above.

The only thing I could suggest is that in a king room they should have charging stations on both sides of the bed. That was disappointing.

Breakfast was excellent. The selections were delicious a n d tasted wonderful.

The reason for a 9 was we were not notified before our stay that the water would be shut off for up to 6 hours. But they made up for the inconvenience with free breakfast and night. They really went out of the way to keep us at the hotel. I respect how they took care of us.

Entrance. Lobby. Upon entering the room it was a serene relaxing vibe. It was great to have a dining option in the hotel. The food and setting at the BISTRO was very good. I had dinner first night and lunch after checkout . Noon checkout was a great way to end the stay.

Everything was perfect and the staff was the best we have seen in a very lone time.

One thing that we didn't like was the ice room on our floor had vending machines and it was empty. You could not get a soda or anything out of it. Also....it would be nice if the new vending machines had the price of what is in it on it.....

The staff was so very kind at check-in. They were very busy, and I didn't feel rushed or like just another guest, she made me feel like I was a special guest. The location was great for staying over after a concert at Gillette. The room was very clean, the bathroom was huge, and the bed...well, the bed was so comfortable that my husband and I contacted the manufacturer and had one made for our house. Not kidding.

The room was clean. The breakfast was great. I was expecting just some pastries and coffee. The omelet and waffle station were delicious. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Very good buffet breakfast was included. The room itself was fine.

Not crazy about the pillows! Also the fact that the room is not cleaned (new towels, empty waste baskets, etc.) every day -- but this seems to be the trend in hotels sadly.

The room was very clean i love the cleaning The hotel it’s renovated, I love the food from the breakfast and the atención inside the buffet it’s great. BUT ❌ #1 the Clorox inside the pool was very very strong, my eyes where very red, my nephew was not feeling good, or the hotel don’t have a good air ventilation in the pool area, or they don’t have control with it. I go to a hotel every 3 months around 5 time a year and I never have that bad experience with the pool and the Clorox #2 this it’s a GREAT HOTEL and the pool area have very big space to place people far away and by save eating in the pool area, there say because of covid we don’t do pool service 😐 which it’s ridiculous because they do the buffet. I buy a drink and I have to walk with my kids all the way to the bistro just to buy 2 apple juice and mojitos, my kids were hungry and they don’t accept in pool services it’s to much stress, when you go to a hotel you expect service, vacation, and feel good. It 2 thinks make my day micerable

The Clorox inside the pool was to strong or May the don’t have a good ventilation in the pool area They don’t do in Pool servicié 😐❌ I have to walk all the way to the bistro with my kids to buy a drink. My kids where hungry it was frustrated, they just say because of Covid but it doesn’t feel good at all to much stress but this service it’s very important specially when you are w the family, it’s a great hotel but this was bad
