The location was great! The rooms were very comfortable and had all the amenities you need. There is even a nice outdoor patio area to enjoy.

Two things. A minor issue was the ice machine on the floor wasn’t working and getting in very late at night I didn’t want to searching for another one. More major, at breakfast there was a guest who was clearly having some type of issue and acting erratically. I never saw any staff come over to deal with it so guests and employees were left to listen to her and be concerned how she may escalate.

Loved the location

The website said the hotel provides a complimentary continental breakfast… but when we went to get breakfast there were servers saying we had to pay. Very disappointed in the lack of clarity. Not to mention when I checked in the front desk told me as well breakfast was complimentary.

Early check in, friendliness of staff, clean room. Dinner at the restaurant was great.

The long wait for breakfast, almost an hour we ended up leaving and not doing breakfast because it ended up getting close to our check out time. We tried for 9ish.

Breakfast was fine. They had several nice options. We ended up just having coffee and muffins though opting to go for an early lunch so that we would not be rushed given the approaching check out hour.

We could not seem to moderate the room temperature enough. While we could turn it down, we could not turn it down enough to make us as comfortable as we would have liked. We all like to sleep with it a little cooler and we couldn't turn down the temperature sufficiently. I would understand that in the summer, but in the winter you'd think they'd be happy not to have us use as much energy to heat the room, but we didn't have sufficient control over the thermostat.

The room was spacious and super clean. The beds were comfortable, the bar drinks and food were great as well. We also loved the location, breakfast, and the staff there.

We didn't see any pamphlet or anything to let us know about the place and where the facilities were located, times, ect. The wifi was horrible too but that's the only thing.

The hotel was very clean. The main restrooms were clean even at night. The staff was very helpful and kind. Our room was clean and spacious.

The breakfast was just ok. There was not a lot of selection. For the price point I would skip the breakfast at the hotel.

Location proximity to lot of cool stores and food options

Requested and was promised two rooms one king and two queens overlooking stadium. We got two kings overlooking parking lot unfortunately. Otherwise great stay

It's a nice clean hotel. Within walking distance to the stadium.

I could not get extra blankets for the pull out sofa even though booked for 2 adults 1 child (11). For the price I paid for one night, that should not have been a problem.

Perfect location for Patriots or Revolution games. Patriot Place is so clean and walkable. Even with the rain we had a great time. The pool was clean and area well kept. The room was spotless. No detail was ignored.

Nothing. They can't change the weather so I have no complaints.
