Really well positioned near the shopping area. Excellent rooms recently refurbished I think. Pretty good food both evening and morning. Staff at reception could not have been more amenable. Lovely outdoor seating area.

I hesitate to say because the receptionist was super helpful but a language barrier between them and the housekeeper ended in me unblocking my own toilet. When the system backed up I was given a plunger followed by being given a mop! I was not the culprit but I did fix it! Maybe I could get a job? 😂

The room was excellent: comfortable, quiet, and clean. The staff was very friendly. The pool and jacuzzi hours until 11 p.m. are excellent. For someone who has worked all day, being able to arrive at night and enjoy the jacuzzi is ideal for relaxation.

There should be a usage schedule for minors, limiting their access to the pool and Jacuzzi until 8 or 9 p.m., so that adults can also enjoy the facilities in a peaceful environment.

It is a great hotel for an extended stay. I loved the bistro especially if you have breakfast included. The staff was excellent. The newly renovated rooms (not all floors are complete yet) are beautiful. I loved the location as it was easy to get where I needed to go. They are in the middle of renovations and even though you know it is going on; the workers are very polite and try not to get in the way of guests.

The only complaint I have is the flooring in the pool area. They used regular tile for the floor so it is extremely slippery when wet and as expected it is wet all the time. You have to walk very slow and with extreme caution. If you have kids, make sure they know ahead of time not to run because they will slip and fall. I hope this is one of the renovations that will be made with all the upgrades currently being done. Besides that this is a really great hotel for family and/or solo travelers.

The location was perfect! Staff at the Bistro were welcoming and kind. The overall experience was absolutely positive. Oh, and the shower got nice and hot with great pressure.

The room was great but when you looked closer it was a bit run down though, due to red spots on the rug and toilet paper holder that wasn't secured. Plus, the room we were in was next to the sprinkler room, so we heard something running.

I would give this a 10 if it wasn’t for the breakfast not included and the hot tub not being hot. It was CLEAN! Including the pool area. Largest in the town which is why we booked it. Next to stores and a strip mall. Only 12 min away from a larger mall. Would definitely stay here if I’m back in town.

I loved the lobby layout, cleanliness of the property and the hot tub. I enjoyed the fresh water and cookies in the lobby.

There was really nothing wrong at all. A bonus would have been a continental breakfast included, but that’s very small on the list of my priorities.

While in Hot tub , there was a family with small children and a baby that went in it after we got out ! We are aware that Hot tub's can be dangerous for children & infants' , and we were very worried about them the rest of our night !

Very clean, loved pool location for stores and restaurants was perfect overall had a great time

Onsite restaurant the chicken was raw my daughter couldn't eat it was pure rubber couldn't cut it or anything but not into confrontation so just threw it away

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Maria was wonderful and easily gave us what we needed since we didn’t request daily room service. We liked dealing with her.

Our only complaint was the doors slamming. I woke up around 4 am hearing two different doors slamming in the hallway. There should b a way to prevent these doors from slamming…much too noisy.

The rooms were quiet and comfortable. The decor was updated and the facility was clean. I saw security walking and checking around the pool and lobby, often.

There was a problem with my reservation which was stressful, it got resolved but added unnecessary stress. I like getting pool hours and cafe hours on check in which we're not given. The room temperature was pretty warm for my likings, but that is adjustable.
