We were attending a sporting event at Brown University; this hotel was only 11 minutes away so the location was perfect! Saturday night we wanted to watch March Madness our TV wasn't working properly--I contacted the front desk and within a couple of minutes Richard, the maintenance worker, was knocking at our door. It didn't take him long at all to fix the problem. He as well as the other staff members was very friendly. We would stay at this hotel again and highly recommend it.

One elevator was broken out of the two elevators.

It was a standard Hampton Inn: large room, very comfortable bed, great bathroom with shower gel, shampoo and conditioner provided. The staff were friendly and helpful. The WiFi was excellent. The room rate included breakfast, and I liked that it started at 6 am because I was horribly jet-lagged and awake very early. Plenty of parking, and a gas station right across the street. Just a short drive from downtown Providence.

Breakfast was the usual motel fare - a riot of ultra-processed foods and single-use plastic - although there were also apples and bananas. The price of the room was high for a hotel of this category.

The area is a bit rundown but I felt safe in the hotel. The hotel is near Providence. We had a roomy double queen room. There is an Irish Pub attached to the hotel. You get a good amount of food for a fair price. The free breakfast offered by the hotel was good, definitely better than other hotels. I really like Hampton Inn as a brand for that reason.

I did not like that there was hair on the walls of the shower and in the sink. The drain in the bathtub must have been clogged because when I took a shower the water pooled in the tub. The view from our window was awful, but thems the breaks because of the location of the hotel. The desk chair in our room was badly stained. I won't stay at this location again.

The breakfast area had a good variety. The guy at the breakfast area was very friendly. I had to do some computer work there because the Wifi didn't work in my room. He told me to take all the time I needed. We also liked that parking was easy and free. It's definitely a great location for a road trip.

No Wifi in my room. The day we stayed was 7/21/24, room 408. The front desk gave us a number to call, we called but they couldn't resolve the issue over the phone.

The hotel had free parking and complimentary breakfast. There was a full-service restaurant on premises. Pawtucket is a 10-minute drive from Providence but is a town with its own restaurants, shops, and history to explore if you are visiting. The staff was welcoming, knowledgeable of location and things to do in the surrounding areas, and went above to accommodate special requests. The room was nicely updated and clean. The bed was fairly comfortable. The fitness room was clean and well stocked. Coffee was not bad, and breakfast was decent compared to the standard hotel breakfast.

The elevator was super small. We could barely get the hotel luggage cart into the elevator with 2 people. Extremely tight fit.

Rooms were very clean and the beds were super comfortable. On top of that, the location was excellent! Thanks, Hampton Inn - super good job

I wish they could have billed me for two rooms through booking but ended up having to pay for one room at the hotel and one room in advance through booking. Was trying to pay for both rooms through booking since it was a work. Very minor inconvenience. All good in the end!

The staff was amazing. The ease of getting what I needed was a huge help. They were on top of everything. For example, the ice machine was broken on our floor. We simply used the one on the other floors. The next day, the ice machine was back in working order.

The room was clean, on the surface. Acceptable. That's all I can really ask for, but the room was in need of a deep clean. The walls had stains, it was dusty and combwebby in corners of the room, and on lamps. The pool was also in need of some TLC. There was a green mold near the chair lift, and the floor felt slimy. The kids could care less, so it was good enough. My allergies didn't help, and it's just about me personally.

The location was convenient for what I needed. Breakfast was very good. My son enjoyed using the fitness center. We thought the TV remote was not working, but something was plugged out. A staff member came to the room immediately to assist. Would stay here again.

There was no hand soap in the restroom.

Breakfast was fantastic - baked potatoes and sausages were good. The room size was great - one of the most spacious at this price point and beds were comfortable. Wifi was good and made surfing the net enjoyable. Loved that they had free parking

I didn't like the waffle texture of the blanket cover as it was very scratchy. thankfully the inside sheet was smooth - would have preferred if both were smooth.

where there is a pool, as it is very hot outside, I think they should have a window there so that some air can circulate because it is very hot and the television does not have a channel that someone can watch, there is no YouTube or anything like that, but otherwise everything was good.
