Parking is tight, there are only 2 small lots up by the mail entrance. Bistro staff were late to show up Friday night, thankfully the Brewery right below the hotel had plenty of seating. Staff in the Bistro in the mornings were quick and efficient. Large lobby area with tons of seating. Beds were comfortable, air conditioning was nice and strong and cooled down the room quickly.

there wasn't anything that I did not like. The hotel was very nice and clean. The only thing I would suggest getting more luggage carts.

I really liked the location. It was in the center of the city and walkable to stores/restaurants. The front desk agent was wonderful. Bistro Bar was really convenient for dinner and breakfast. Nice bar too.

The only reason I rated this hotel a 9 and not a 10 is because the shower water wasn't really hot. It was barely lukewarm. Other than that, it was fantastic.

King suite was awesome, very spacious and comfortable. Loved how it had my name on the tv when we arrived. Shower was great, hot water and great pressure. Fridge was good size. Bar was good, bartender was super friendly and could carry conversations. Parking was great for being in the middle of the city, was able to park in garage and elevator took us right to lobby.

Breakfast was tasty but very pricey $50 for 2 people is a little much in my opinion. Pillows on the bed were not very good.

I loved the hotel, from the room to the fitness center. The room is spacious with the most comfortable bed! The bathroom was lovely with a seperate sink, big enough to fit my toiletries on the counter top. There were multiple treadmills in the fitness Centre which was great. I would stay here again! I didn’t opt for the breakfast so can’t comment on that.

There was quite a bit of noise from the roads but used the background sounds setting on my phone to dull it out.

Spacious room. Very cool places to eat just outside hotel (Track 15- like a really nice food court with outdoor seating, Union Jacks right there and coffee shop, Mall and high end restaurants walking distance too. Water Park is very nice short cut to restaurants.

Parking does cost $34 a day

Unfortunately i didn't take advantage of the breakfast so i can't comment on it at the moment. However, the property is centrally located, which makes it perfect for everyone from business personnel to family as close to the mall, downtown businesses and food establishment..

I strongly feel that some improvement needs to be done with the parking system and the scanning of a QR coded piece of paper. The way the system was set up is great to take advantage of but since it was a small piece of paper and the angles to do just to scan.. Really think needs to be improved or looked at to be a smoother process.

The amenities of having a lounge/Starbucks and breakfast spot all in one was great for me and my husband as we have a 1 year old and having quick access to coffee/food or cocktail was a bonus. Also for it being so close to where they do Waterfire is just a golden ticket.

I was not a fan of the bathtub. There was definitely build up over the years that you can see and I just was not thrilled with seeing that in the shower. Also the pillows were down pillows which is fine if I have a firm pillow as well but it was hard to get comfortable with down pillows for me.

Location is excellent. Beautiful building and surroundings. The reception desk lady (and later, her replacements) were over the top helpful, kind, accommodating. Room was very spacious, with unexpectedly beautiful views. Building and furniture upkeep appeared outstanding. Only exception were the towels; though immaculate, they were ripe for replacement. If back to Providence, I'd come straight to this place.

The location was great, I was able to walk to everything I wanted to see. The bed was super comfortable.

The elevator was broken, so I had to wait on an employee to take me up from the lobby. The bathroom was a bit outdated and a bit musty.

The Location was excellent. Convenient to restaurants, Providence Mall, RI Convention center, and Amtrak station.

My bed was a bit on the saggy side, dipping in the middle and my feet were higher than my stomach. Comfortable, but well-worn.
