I love this property. It’s always very quiet comfortable safe secure the staff is always very nice. It’s an easy check-in process. The rooms are really open and nice. Check them out if you’re in the area in the province area check them out.

When I arrived at the property, I got situated and one side of the room, the receptacles were not working so I couldn’t plug in my phone and stuff at the lamp just a little problem. I could’ve had it fixed and probably moved rooms, but it wasn’t a big deal. I reported it.

The room had its own kitchen, so we didn't have the breakfast at all because we brought our own food. So it was very convenient! Nice large room, we had two windows so the room was bright with a view over urban East Providence. The location is good if you are travelling by car, despite the ongoing issue with Washington Bridge, we were able to get across the river fairly painlessly into West Providence to explore. The staff were friendly and helpful. Lots of good places to eat a short drive away in East Providence.

Nothing really to criticize, this place was perfect for our needs.

The front desk lady was very friendly and kind when we checked in. The room was spacious, clean and wifi was great and had no problems to do a zoom meeting for work. There were plenty of washer and dryers in the laundry room. I liked the kitchen counters, big fridge and work area. Price was good.

There were only muffins and cereal bars for breakfast and there was no milk for coffee.

Check in was easy; even though I didn’t get to use the full size refrigerator or the full size microwave, Stove top, I was surprised to see them there. I will be traveling a lot and hope to get a room like I had this time. I now know I can bring food and it will be safe to bring. The room was clean and the bed comfortable.

There’s nothing I didn’t like about the property. I own timeshare so I usually stay at resorts. I was very surprised and happy with this hotel. I will be traveling to Jacksonville, Florida from March 11 thru March 13, 2024 and I’m hoping to find a hotel there that’s just like this one was.

I had a great stay until my last day.I wanted a late check out and only got a half and hr extension, then I had multiple bags so had to do two trips to my car when I went back into my room my key no longer worked mind you this is after I had a half an hr extension so had to go back to the desk to get my key fixed and the lady Becky was not as friendly as the girl who checked me in. Thank you Janet for a nice and warm welcome. Would I stay here again yes, I would overall it was a nice and comfortable stay.

Clean, efficient and great location for my needs. I encountered one rude front desk representative; but overall I was extremely satisfied with the stay.

The personnel could be more service-oriented as I actually had a member of the staff put her finger up at me without looking up to say something to the effect of, “hold on a second,” to which I just asked, “where is breakfast being served?”

it was a nice room for the price, but quite honestly, I would rather stay in the city of Providence instead would’ve been more convenient

What I didn’t like was that they had the laminate floor and I felt it was very noisy. I could hear people above me. I heard a lot of noise in my room to be quite honest with you.

I didn’t stay overnight, actually we ended leaving much earlier than expected, as my friend that was with me had to leave emergently because his friend was in ann auto accident and it was on his insurance so he had to go and ai left with him. I have been trying to get a hold of Jason to see if I Could please get somewhat of a refund if possible.

Everything was perfect in the room.

Everything we could possibly need was in this room- Fridge, microwave, stovetop, shelves. If we needed pots and dishes we could get it downstairs. The room was very nicely furnished in modern decor. The bed was a little too hard for me. Reception clerk was very friendly and helpful.

Location is great, it's clean and has everything you need in the room for an extended stay. If you want to cook you need only ask for items needed which I like because if you're not cooking they don't have to waste water and products cleaning unused items between guests.

TV could use an update. I like being able to sign into my own streaming services. Bed and pillows are a little uncomfortable.
