This is an outstanding central Rhode Island location - a good spot if you are hitting all parts of the state. The hotel is clean, has great water pressure, quiet and the room was well laid out, allowing for space to roam. Overall it was a better stay than I'd expected to have. Housekeeping did a great job freshening up the room. Good breakfast too. Our experience was better here than at a more expensive and more hihgly rated Hyatt where we'd stayed the night before.

Management needs to open their wallets a bit and not operate the place with such low staffing levels. A property that size should have two front desk agents and a maintanence person for the evening shift.

The bed , pool but could have been bit warmer water but felt great even though and love the coffee station for breakfast real creamer not fake powder all the Hotel was beautiful in side and surrounded area

Well just the pool noticed after I got in little bits of hair,other floating in side of it but all good

The front desk clerk was very helpful in assisting us with recommendations for local places to eat. She helped us with accessing the WIFI network and getting additional towels for our room. Great ambassador for Holiday Inn!

The property was exceptionally clean.

Unfortunately, We arrived a bit late for breakfast and the choices were limited. However, what was there tasted great.

The pool was nice. The area was kinda dirty though. Wasn’t picked up overnight.

On website it was stated pay at property and no cancellation fee. My card was charged a week before and was told I could cancel till such a date then after there would be a fee ......

The property was very clean and comfortable. I loved the breakfast and how relaxing it was. My 1 year old and my 6 year old lovedddd the pool!

The breakfast was good. The eggs were not runny. My kids wanted pancakes at the last minute and they still made some.

The breakfast was excellent. I was expecting what most places offer, a bowl of cereal, or a cold danish. This breakfast was exceptional.

Location is nice and easy , close to a lot . Rooms were nice and clean . Bed comfortable . Staff was very nice . Breakfast was decent . Would stay here again
