The bed was very comfortable and the bed sheets were all very clean and new.

Breakfast was very basic, but at least what they had was relatively fresh. The carpet going from the lobby up to the second floor was very dirty. Perhaps they should just change it to tiles or vinyl.

The staff was AMAZING. By far of all the hotels my friends and i have ever stayed in. The staff here were the friendliest and really seemed to do what ever it took to make you feel comfortable and welcomed. The lady that prepaired the breakfast bent over backwards to make sure you werent hungry. My friends and i are marathon runners and we eat a lot of eggs for the protine and she fixed up so many eggs for us and she seemed happy do to it. We would stay here again for the staff alone

The only down side to the stay was the non-smoking room smelled like someone that smoked 2 packs a day lived in the room for 20 years. We left our door open for half a day in hopes of calming the smell but it did very little. The only thing that would help would be a total gutting of the room and rebuilding it.

Honestly, I liked it better than the Omni. Room 231 was really nice and clean, and I felt safe being there

It was harder to see at night when leaving due to lighting. The bed also made noise when rolling around, which was a little loud/annoying.

The Girl that checked me in was AMAZING and the young guy that was working Sat night was great he helped me get a great meal and he was so friendly

Expected something more for breakfast. No meats and eggs were just a patty that was warmed in the microwave.

Did not see any bagels.

Staff was friendly, breakfast and coffee were good.

No elevator. We managed but might be difficult for others.

Breakfast was great, although it could benefit from some type of breakfast meats..bacon/ sausage and or turkey bacon...

No meat at breakfast.

- The bed was too soft for me but it’s ok for my partner - For the room, it was very expensive, but I guess in Newport/Providence area the price was kind of high
