I like the hotel design and bed mattress. they are super comfortable. I had very good sleep after crashing onto the bed except annoying loud air conditioner noisy even they were turned off! Room maid service is very rare (once a week) even you requested it daily. so every day when you come back and open the door, wow, everything stays same! DIY. The hotel restaurant cooks tasty food obviously. It always surprised me for the breakfast. But the upset thing was that you have to wait for almost an hour or at least 40 minutes to get your oder. that really takes very long time. I saw some people leaving without breakfast after sitting 20 minutes. The parking place is on the opposite street. Sometimes it is full if you drive in late. It is not free, 10 dollars per day. All in all, the hotel is running by Hilton. I was expecting a quiet room and good serivce but it made me annoyed.

The first room was way too warm - the heating and AC didn't work and were very noisy. The front desk person had no idea what to do and just said he'd get back to me in 30 minutes. He never did. I had to ask him again to fix the problem. Finally, they moved me to a different room after discovering the system wasn't working. Very frustrating to unpack and then have to repack a couple hours later.

The parking lot across the street was a little inconvenient. The heating system/AC didn't work.

EVERYTHING

My only hiccup was the front desk agent(which I later found out was new) forgot to mark our room as occupied and another couple walked in our room at 3am while we were sleep. Management was super apologetic and did not make any excuses. She explained NOTHING made that situation ok and was very accommodating. Even with this small hiccup I will definitely be back sooner than later. I didn’t even care by the end of it lol

Unique decor and design. I love the history of the building and how parts were preserved.

This is my 3rd time staying here and the person checking me in at the desk is never friendly. It surprises me in the service industry. Each time I have approached the desk with enthusiasm, at the start of my trip, I was greeted with indifference and a lack of warmth or welcome. The experience at the desk takes away from the overall satisfaction .

The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, there was an area rug under the bed but otherwise the floors were not carpeted. Bath products were good. The bar/restaurant had a nice location on the river and the breakfast was good.

The HVAC unit was noisy and could not be turned off. The bathroom had an impractically small sink and few rather flimsy towels.

The property is a terrific spot and great use of an old mill

Every thing was great. My one and only complaint is that the bathroom sink is ridiculously small and narrow. You cannot wash your face or brush your teeth without hitting your head on the mirror in front of it. Very, very poor design

1. Cozy enough for my needs. 2. Bed: Clean and comfortable 3.Restaurant was good, although the menu was limited, and it was a tad pricy. 4. Staff: Most friendly and helpful group it has been my pleasure to deal with.

I was not thrilled with the overall decor. I know the look they were going for, but other than the bathroom, it seemed almost unfinished. Also, there was only one chair, which was a desk chair, and the pneumatics on it would not let me raise the seat. (I could pump it up, but as soon as I sat in it, the air would leak out.)

Didn't think I would like the industrial look, but I did. The room was spacious, and the river view was excellent. The staff were attentive and quick to respond.

I couldn't connect my laptop to the TV. the remote for the TV isn't the original and I couldn't access the source function on the TV. And there was no way to get any of the streaming services as far as I could tell. Faster internet would be a bonus.

Not your typical suburban chain hotel. Lots of character. Great location on the river. Good brewery within easy walking distance. Nice shower with rain head.

Bathroom wall doesn’t go to ceiling over shower so lacking some privacy. The polished concrete floors are a bit slippery when wet and not the best bathroom surface. All the bare concrete can be a bit much between floor, ceiling, and walls.

I loved how quiet the rooms were! The bed was so comfortable!!! The gentleman who checked us in was very sweet!

Our room unfortunately had a leak while we were there. The pipe above the shower was leaking so bad, it seeped into the bedroom somehow and got the corner of the rug soaked!!! When made aware to the front desk, the woman seemed a bit miffed about it. Other than being told we wouldn't be charged for any damages, we didn't have anyone come in to fix the issue, we were never offered another room, anything like that, which seemed very odd to me. The next day, the shower pressure was dreadful! I'm guessing it was related to the leak, but I can't say for certain. It didn't ruin our stay or anything, but it would have been nice to have that issue be resolved, or maybe be accommodate for it a little more.
